41And Esauעֵשָׂו֙'e.SavH6215hatedוַיִּשְׂטֹ֤םvai.yis.TomH7852Jacobיַעֲקֹ֔בya.'a.KoH3290becauseעַל־'al-H5921of the blessingהַ֨בְּרָכָ֔הha.be.ra.KhahH1293wherewithאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834his fatherאָבִ֑יו'a.VivH1blessed himבֵּרֲכ֖וֹbe.ra.KhoH1288:and Esauעֵשָׂ֜ו'e.SavH6215saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559in his heartבְּלִבּ֗וֹbe.li.BoH3820,The daysיְמֵי֙ye.MeiH3117of mourningאֵ֣בֶל'E.velH60for my fatherאָבִ֔י'a.ViH1are at handיִקְרְבוּ֙yik.re.VuH7126;then will I slayוְאַֽהַרְגָ֖הve.'a.har.GahH2026my brotherאָחִֽי׃'a.ChiH251Jacobיַעֲקֹ֥בya.'a.KoH3290.

42And these wordsדִּבְרֵ֥יdiv.ReiH1697of Esauעֵשָׂ֖ו'e.SavH6215her elderהַגָּדֹ֑לha.ga.DolH1419sonבְּנָ֣הּbe.NahH1121were toldוַיֻּגַּ֣דvai.yu.GadH5046to Rebekahלְרִבְקָ֔הle.riv.KahH7259:and she sentוַתִּשְׁלַ֞חva.tish.LachH7971and calledוַתִּקְרָ֤אva.tik.Ra'H7121Jacobלְיַעֲקֹב֙le.ya.'a.KoH3290her youngerהַקָּטָ֔ןha.ka.TanH6996sonבְּנָ֣הּbe.NahH1121,and saidוַתֹּ֣אמֶרva.To.merH559unto him, Behold, thy brotherאָחִ֔יךָ'a.Chi.khaH251Esauעֵשָׂ֣ו'e.SavH6215,as touching thee, doth comfortמִתְנַחֵ֥םmit.na.ChemH5162himself, purposingto killלְהָרְגֶֽךָ׃le.ha.re.Ge.khaH2026thee.

43Now therefore, my sonבְנִ֖יve.NiH1121,obeyשְׁמַ֣עshe.Ma'H8085my voiceבְּקֹלִ֑יbe.ko.LiH6963;and ariseוְק֧וּםve.KumH6965,fleeבְּרַח־be.rach-H1272thou to Labanלָבָ֥ןla.VanH3837my brotherאָחִ֖י'a.ChiH251to Haranחָרָֽנָה׃cha.Ra.nahH2771;

44And tarryוְיָשַׁבְתָּ֥ve.ya.shav.TaH3427with him a fewאֲחָדִ֑ים'a.cha.DimH259daysיָמִ֣יםya.MimH3117,untilאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834thy brother’sאָחִֽיךָ׃'a.Chi.khaH251furyחֲמַ֥תcha.MatH2534turn awayתָּשׁ֖וּבta.ShuvH7725;

45Until thy brother’sאָחִ֜יךָ'a.Chi.khaH251angerאַף־'af-H639turn awayשׁ֨וּבshuvH7725from thee, and he forgetוְשָׁכַח֙ve.sha.KhachH7911thatwhich thou hast doneעָשִׂ֣יתָ'a.Si.taH6213to him: then I will sendוְשָׁלַחְתִּ֖יve.sha.lach.TiH7971,and fetchוּלְקַחְתִּ֣יךָu.le.kach.Ti.khaH3947thee from thence: whyלָמָ֥הla.MahH4100should I be deprivedאֶשְׁכַּ֛ל'esh.KalH7921also of you bothשְׁנֵיכֶ֖םshe.nei.KhemH8147in oneאֶחָֽד׃'e.ChadH259dayי֥וֹםYomH3117?
