20Andtherehavebeenmightykingsוּמַלְכִ֣יןu.mal.KhinH4430overJerusalemיְר֣וּשְׁלֶ֔םye.Ru.she.LemH3390, whohaveruledoverallbeyondtheriverנַהֲרָ֑הna.ha.Rah'H5103;andtributeוּמִדָּ֥הu.mi.DahH4061,tax,andtollוַהֲלָ֖ךְva.ha.LakhH1983werepaidtothem.

21Nowכְּעַן֙ke.'AnH3705giveordertomakeH7761thesemenH1400toceaseלְבַטָּלָ֖אle.va.ta.La'H989,andthatthiscityוְקִרְיְתָ֥אve.kir.ye.Ta'H7149benotbuiltH1124,untiltheorder shallbegivenfromme;

22andtakeheedthatyefailnottodothis:whyלְמָה֙le.MahH4101shouldharmgrowtothedamageofthekingsמַלְכִֽין׃ סmal.KhinH4430?
