28Concerning Kedarלְקֵדָ֣ר׀le.ke.DarH6938and the kingdomsוּֽלְמַמְלְכ֣וֹתu.le.mam.le.KhotH4467of Hazorחָצ֗וֹרcha.TzorH2674,whichאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834NebuchadnezzarH5020kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶ֔לba.VelH894defeatedהִכָּה֙hi.KahH5221,this is whatכֹּ֖הkohH3541the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Rise upק֚וּמוּKu.muH6965,advanceעֲל֣וּ'a.LuH5927againstאֶל־'el-H413Kedarקֵדָ֔רke.DarH6938,and destroyוְשָׁדְד֖וּve.sha.de.DuH7703אֶת־'et-H853the peopleבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of the eastקֶֽדֶם׃Ke.demH6924!
29They will takeיִקָּ֔חוּyi.Ka.chuH3947their tentsאָהֳלֵיהֶ֤ם'o.ho.lei.HemH168and flocksוְצֹאנָם֙ve.tzo.NamH6629,their tent curtainsיְרִיעוֹתֵיהֶ֧םye.ri.'o.tei.HemH3407and allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605their goodsכְּלֵיהֶ֛םke.lei.HemH3627.They will takeיִשְׂא֣וּyis.'UH5375their camels for themselvesוּגְמַלֵּיהֶ֖םu.ge.ma.lei.HemH1581.They will shoutוְקָרְא֧וּve.ka.re.'UH7121to themעֲלֵיהֶ֛ם'a.lei.HemH5921: ‘Terrorמָג֖וֹרma.GorH4032is on every sideמִסָּבִֽיב׃mi.sa.VivH5439!’
30Runנֻסוּ֩nu.SuH5127!Escapeנֻּ֨דוּNu.duH5110quicklyמְאֹ֜דme.'OdH3966!Lieלָשֶׁ֛בֶתla.She.vetH3427lowהֶעְמִ֧יקוּhe'.Mi.kuH6009,O residentsיֹשְׁבֵ֥יyo.she.VeiH3427of Hazorחָצ֖וֹרcha.TzorH2674,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068, “forכִּֽי־ki-H3588Nebuchadnezzarנְבוּכַדְרֶאצַּ֤רne.vu.khad.re.TzarH5019kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶל֙ba.VelH894has drawn upיָעַ֨ץya.'AtzH3289a planעֵצָ֔ה'e.TzahH6098against youעֲלֵיכֶ֜ם'a.lei.KhemH5921;he has devisedוְחָשַׁ֥בve.cha.ShavH2803a strategyמַחֲשָׁבָֽה׃ma.cha.sha.VahH4284against youעֲלֵיכֶ֖ם'a.lei.khemH5921.
31Rise upק֣וּמוּKu.muH6965,advanceעֲל֗וּ'a.LuH5927againstאֶל־'el-H413a nationגּ֥וֹיGoyH1471at easeשְׁלֵ֛יוshe.LeivH7961,one that dwellsיוֹשֵׁ֥בyo.ShevH3427securelyלָבֶ֖טַחla.Ve.tachH983,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068. “They have noלֹא־lo'-H3808gatesדְלָתַ֧יִםde.la.Ta.yimH1817orוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808barsבְרִ֛יחַve.Ri.achH1280;they liveיִשְׁכֹּֽנוּ׃yish.Ko.nuH7931aloneבָּדָ֥דba.DadH910.
32Their camelsגְמַלֵּיהֶ֜םge.ma.lei.HemH1581will becomeוְהָי֨וּve.ha.YuH1961plunderלָבַ֗זla.VazH957,and their largeוַהֲמ֤וֹןva.ha.MonH1995herdsמִקְנֵיהֶם֙mik.nei.HemH4735will be spoilלְשָׁלָ֔לle.sha.LalH7998.I will scatterוְזֵרִתִ֥יםve.ze.ri.TimH2219to the windר֖וּחַRu.achH7307in every directionלְכָל־le.kholH3605those who shaveקְצוּצֵ֣יke.tzu.TzeiH7112their templesפֵאָ֑הfe.'AhH6285;I will bringאָבִ֥יא'a.Vi'H935אֶת־'et-H853calamity on themאֵידָ֖ם'ei.DamH343from allוּמִכָּל־u.mi.kol-H3605sidesעֲבָרָ֛יו'a.va.RavH5676,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.
