19Amonאָמ֣וֹן'a.MonH526was twenty-twoעֶשְׂרִ֨ים וּשְׁתַּ֤יִם'es.Rim u.she.Ta.yimH6242 H8147years oldבֶּן־ שָׁנָה֙ben- sha.NahH1121 H8141when he became kingבְּמָלְכ֔וֹbe.ma.le.KhoH4427,and he reignedמָלַ֖ךְma.LakhH4427in Jerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִָ֑םbi.ru.sha.LimH3389twoוּשְׁתַּ֣יִםu.she.Ta.yimH8147yearsשָׁנִ֔יםsha.NimH8141.His mother’sאִמּ֔וֹ'i.MoH517nameוְשֵׁ֣םve.ShemH8034was Meshullemethמְשֻׁלֶּ֥מֶתme.shu.Le.metH4922daughterבַּת־bat-H1323of Haruzחָר֖וּץcha.RutzH2743;she was fromמִן־min-H4480Jotbahיָטְבָֽה׃ya.te.VahH3192.

20And he didוַיַּ֥עַשׂvai.Ya.'asH6213evilהָרַ֖עha.Ra'H7451in the sightבְּעֵינֵ֣יbe.'ei.NeiH5869of the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068,asכַּאֲשֶׁ֥רka.'a.SherH834his fatherאָבִֽיו׃'a.VivH1Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֥הme.na.ShehH4519had doneעָשָׂ֖ה'a.SahH6213.

21He walkedוַיֵּ֕לֶךְvai.Ye.lekhH1980in allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605the waysהַדֶּ֖רֶךְha.De.rekhH1870אֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834of his fatherאָבִ֑יו'a.VivH1הָלַ֣ךְha.LakhH1980,and he servedוַֽיַּעֲבֹ֗דvai.ya.'a.VodH5647אֶת־'et-H853and worshipedוַיִּשְׁתַּ֖חוּvai.yish.Ta.chuH7812the idolsהַגִּלֻּלִים֙ha.gi.lu.LimH1544אֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834his fatherאָבִ֔יו'a.VivH1had servedעָבַ֣ד'a.VadH5647.

22He abandonedוַיַּעֲזֹ֕בvai.ya.'a.ZoH5800אֶת־'et-H853the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of his fathersאֲבֹתָ֑יו'a.vo.TavH1,and did notוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808walkהָלַ֖ךְha.LakhH1980in the wayבְּדֶ֥רֶךְbe.De.rekhH1870of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068.

23Then the servantsעַבְדֵֽי־'av.dei-H5650of Amonאָמ֖וֹן'a.MonH526conspiredוַיִּקְשְׁר֥וּvai.yik.she.RuH7194against himעָלָ֑יו'a.LavH5921and killedוַיָּמִ֥יתוּvai.ya.Mi.tuH4191אֶת־'et-H853the kingהַמֶּ֖לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428in his palaceבְּבֵיתֽוֹ׃be.vei.ToH1004.

24But the peopleעַם־'am-H5971of the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776אֵ֥ת'etH853killedוַיַּךְ֙vai.yaKhH5221allכָּל־kol-H3605thosewho had conspiredהַקֹּשְׁרִ֖יםha.ko.she.RimH7194againstעַל־'al-H5921Kingהַמֶּ֣לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428Amonאָמ֑וֹן'a.MonH526,and they made his sonבְנ֖וֹve.NoH1121Josiahיֹאשִׁיָּ֥הוּyo.shi.Ya.huH2977kingוַיַּמְלִ֧יכוּ עַם־ הָאָ֛רֶץvai.yam.Li.khu 'am- ha.'A.retzH4427 H5971 H776אֶת־'et-H853in his placeתַּחְתָּֽיו׃tach.TavH8478.
