23And it came to pass,afterאַחֲרֵ֛י'a.cha.ReiH310he hadeatenאָכְל֥וֹ'a.khe.LoH398breadלֶ֖חֶםLe.chemH3899, andafterוְאַחֲרֵ֣יve.'a.cha.ReiH310he haddrunkשְׁתוֹת֑וֹshe.to.ToH8354, that hesaddledוַיַּחֲבָשׁ־vai.ya.cha.vosh-H2280for him thedonkeyהַחֲמ֔וֹרha.cha.MorH2543, that is, for theprophetלַנָּבִ֖יאla.na.Vi'H5030whom he had broughtbackהֱשִׁיבֽוֹ׃he.shi.VoH7725.

24And when he hadgoneH3212, alionאַרְיֵ֛ה'ar.YehH738metוַיִּמְצָאֵ֧הוּvai.yim.tza.'E.huH4672him by thewayבַּדֶּ֖רֶךְba.De.rekhH1870, andslewוַיְמִיתֵ֑הוּvay.mi.Te.huH4191him: and hisbodyנִבְלָתוֹ֙niv.la.ToH5038wascastמֻשְׁלֶ֣כֶתmush.Le.khetH7993in thewayבַּדֶּ֔רֶךְba.De.rekhH1870, and thedonkeyוְהַחֲמוֹר֙ve.ha.cha.mOrH2543stoodעֹמֵ֣ד'o.MedH5975byH681it, thelionוְהָ֣אַרְיֵ֔הve.Ha.'ar.YehH738alsostoodעֹמֵ֖ד'o.MedH5975by thebodyהַנְּבֵלָֽה׃ha.ne.ve.LahH5038.
