Revised Version 1895
Ezekiel 13:1-7
1And the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068 cameH1961 unto meH413, sayingH559,
2SonH1121 of manH120, prophesyH5012 againstH413 the prophetsH5030 of IsraelH3478 that prophesyH5012, and sayH559 thou unto them that prophesyH5012 outH413 of their own heartH3820, HearH8085 ye the wordH1697 of the LORDH3068;
3ThusH3541 saith the LordH136 GODH136: WoeH1945 unto the foolishH5036 prophetsH5030, that followH310 their own spiritH7307, and have seenH7200 nothingH1115!
4O IsraelH3478, thy prophetsH5030 have been like foxesH7776 in the wasteH2723 placesH2723.
5Ye have notH3808 goneH5927 upH5927 intoH5921 the gaps, neitherH3808 madeH5927 upH5927 the fenceH1447 for the houseH1004 of IsraelH3478, to standH5975 in the battleH4421 in the dayH3117 of the LORDH3068.
6They have seenH2372 vanityH7723 and lyingH3577 divinationH7081, that sayH559, The LORDH3068 saith; and the LORDH3068 hath notH3808 sentH7971 them: and they have made menH559 to hopeH3176 that the wordH1697 should be confirmedH6965.
7Have ye notH3808 seenH2372 a vainH7723 visionH4236, and have ye notH3808 spokenH1696 a lyingH3577 divinationH4738, whereas ye sayH559, The LORDH3068 saith; albeit I have notH3808 spokenH1696?
