28And themanוְהָאִ֥ישׁve.ha.'IshH376Jeroboamיָרָבְעָ֖םya.ra.ve.'AmH3379was amightyגִּבּ֣וֹרgi.BorH1368manH376of valour: andSolomonשְׁלֹמֹ֜הshe.lo.MohH8010sawוַיַּ֨רְאvai.Yar'H7200theyoungהַנַּ֗עַרha.Na.'arH5288manH376that he was industrious, and hegaveעֹשֵׂ֤ה'o.SehH6213himchargeוַיַּפְקֵ֣דvai.yaf.KedH6485overallלְכָל־le.kholH3605the labour of thehouseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004ofJosephיוֹסֵֽף׃ סyo.SefH3130.

30AndAhijahאֲחִיָּ֔ה'a.chi.YahH281laidholdוַיִּתְפֹּ֣שׂvai.yit.PosH8610of thenewהַחֲדָשָׁ֖הha.cha.da.ShahH2319garmentבַּשַּׂלְמָ֥הba.sal.MahH8008that was on him, and rent it intwelveעָשָׂ֖ר'a.SarH6240piecesקְרָעִֽים׃ke.ra.'ImH7168.
