14Then 1HezekiahH2396 tookH3947 the 2letterH5612 from the handH3027 of the messengersH4397 and readH7121 it, and he wentH5927 upH5927 to the houseH1004 of the LordH3068 and 3spreadH6566 it outH6566 beforeH6440 the LordH3068. 15HezekiahH2396 prayedH6419 beforeH6440 the LordH3068 and saidH559, “LordH3068, GodH430 of IsraelH3478, 45enthronedH3427 above the cherubimH3742, 6You are the GodH430, You aloneH905, of allH3605 the kingdomsH4467 of the earthH776. You have madeH6213 heavenH8064 and earthH776. 167InclineH5186 Your earH241, LordH3068, and hearH8085; 8openH6491 Your eyesH5869, LordH3068, and seeH7200; and listenH8085 to the wordsH1697 of SennacheribH5576, whichH834 he has sentH7971 9to tauntH2778 the livingH2416 GodH430. 17It is trueH551, LordH3068; the kingsH4428 of AssyriaH804 have laidH2717 wasteH2717 the nationsH1471 and their landsH776, 18and have 10hurledH5414 their godsH430 into the fireH784; 11for they were not godsH430, but only the workH4639 of humanH120 handsH3027, woodH6086 and stoneH68.
