15And when Jezebelאִיזֶ֔בֶל'i.Ze.velH348heardכִּשְׁמֹ֣עַkish.Mo.a'H8085that Nabothנָב֖וֹתna.VotH5022had been stonedסֻקַּ֥לsu.KalH5619and was deadוַיָּמֹ֑תvai.ya.MotH4191,Jezebelאִיזֶ֜בֶל'i.Ze.velH348saidוַתֹּ֨אמֶרva.To.merH559to Ahabאַחְאָ֗ב'ach.'AvH256, “Ariseק֣וּםkumH6965,takeרֵ֞שׁreshH3423possessionH3423of the vineyardכֶּ֣רֶם׀Ke.remH3754of Nabothנָב֣וֹתna.VotH5022,the Jezreeliteהַיִּזְרְעֵאלִ֗יhai.yiz.re.'e.LiH3158,whichאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834he refusedמֵאֵן֙me.'EnH3985to giveלָתֶת־la.tet-H5414you for moneyבְכֶ֔סֶףve.Khe.sefH3701;for Nabothנָב֛וֹתna.VotH5022is not aliveחַ֖יchaiH2416,but deadמֵֽת׃MetH4191.”

16When Ahabאַחְאָ֖ב'ach.'AvH256heardכִּשְׁמֹ֥עַkish.Mo.a'H8085that Nabothנָב֑וֹתna.VotH5022was deadמֵ֣תmetH4191,Ahabאַחְאָ֗ב'ach.'AvH256gotH6965upH6965to goלָרֶ֛דֶתla.Re.detH3381downH3381to the vineyardכֶּ֛רֶםKe.remH3754of Nabothנָב֥וֹתna.VotH5022the Jezreeliteהַיִּזְרְעֵאלִ֖יhai.yiz.re.'e.LiH3158,to takeלְרִשְׁתּֽוֹ׃ סle.rish.ToH3423possessionH3423of it.

17Then the wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068cameוַיְהִי֙vay.HiH1961to Elijahאֵלִיָּ֥הוּ'e.li.Ya.huH452the Tishbiteהַתִּשְׁבִּ֖יha.tish.BiH8664,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

18“Ariseק֣וּםkumH6965,goרֵ֗דRedH3381downH3381to meetלִקְרַ֛אתlik.RatH7122Ahabאַחְאָ֥ב'ach.'AvH256kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,whoאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834is in Samariaבְּשֹׁמְר֑וֹןbe.sho.me.RonH8111;beholdהִנֵּה֙hi.NehH2009,he is in the vineyardבְּכֶ֣רֶםbe.Khe.remH3754of Nabothנָב֔וֹתna.VotH5022,whereאֲשֶׁר־ שָׁ֖ם'a.Sher- shamH834 H8033he has goneH3381downיָ֥רַדYa.radH3381to takeלְרִשְׁתּֽוֹ׃le.rish.ToH3423possessionH3423of it.

19And you shall speakוְדִבַּרְתָּ֨ve.di.bar.TaH1696to him, sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559, ‘ThisH3541isH3541whatH3541the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Have you murderedהֲרָצַ֖חְתָּha.ra.Tzach.taH7523and alsoH1571takenH3423possessionיָרָ֑שְׁתָּya.Ra.she.taH3423?”’And you shall speakוְדִבַּרְתָּ֨ve.di.bar.TaH1696to him, sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559, ‘The Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559thisH3541: “In the placeבִּמְק֗וֹםbim.KomH4725whereאֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834the dogsהַכְּלָבִים֙ha.ke.la.VimH3611lickedH3952upH3952the bloodדַּ֣םdamH1818of Nabothנָב֔וֹתna.VotH5022,the dogsהַכְּלָבִ֛יםha.ke.la.VimH3611will lickH3952upH3952your bloodדָּמְךָ֖da.me.KhaH1818,yoursאָֽתָּה׃'A.tahH859asH1571wellH1571.”’”
