Isaiah 32:1-4
1Behold, a 1king will reign righteously, And officials will rule justly.2Each will be like a 2refuge from the wind And a shelter from the storm, Like 34streams of water in a dry country, Like the 5shade of a 6huge rock in an exhausted land.3Then 7the eyes of those who see will not be 8blinded, And the ears of those who hear will listen.4The 9mind of the 10rash will discern the 11truth, And the tongue of the stammerers will hurry to speak clearly.
