Isaiah 32:1-4
1Behold, a 1king will reign righteously And princes will rule justly.2Each will be like a 2refuge from the wind And a shelter from the storm, Like 34streams of water in a dry country, Like the 5shade of a 6huge rock in 7a parched land.3Then 8the eyes of those who see will not be 9blinded, And the ears of those who hear will listen.4The 10mind of the 11hasty will discern the 12truth, And the tongue of the stammerers will hasten to speak clearly.
