Ephesians 1:3-14

31Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in 2the heavenly places in Christ, 4just as 3He chose us in Him before 4the foundation of the world, that we would be 5holy and blameless before 6Him. 7In love 58He 9predestined us to 10adoption as sons and daughters through Jesus Christ to Himself, 11according to the good pleasure of His will, 612to the praise of the glory of His grace, with which He favored us in 13the Beloved. 714In 15Him we have 16redemption 17through His blood, the 18forgiveness of our wrongdoings, according to 19the riches of His grace 8which He 20lavished on 21us. In all wisdom and insight 9He 2223made known to us the mystery of His will, 24according to His good pleasure which He 25set forth in Him, 10regarding His plan of 26the fullness of the times, 27to bring all things together in Christ, things 28in the heavens and things on the earth. 1129In Him we also 30have obtained an inheritance, having been 31predestined 32according to the purpose of Him who works all things 33in accordance with the plan of His will, 12to the end that 34we who were the first to hope in the 35Christ would be 36to the praise of His glory. 13In 37Him, 38you also, after listening to 39the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation--having also 40believed, you were 41sealed in 42Him with 43the Holy Spirit of the promise, 14who is a 44first installment of 45our inheritance, in regard to the 46redemption of 47God’s own possession, 48to the praise of His glory.
