Hosea 5:3-14
3I 1knowH3045 EphraimH669, and IsraelH3478 is not hiddenH3582 from Me; For nowH6258, O EphraimH669, you have playedH2181 the harlotH2181, IsraelH3478 has defiledH2930 itself.4Their deedsH4611 will not allowH5414 them To returnH7725 to their GodH430. For a 2spiritH7307 of harlotryH2183 is withinH7130 them, And they 3do not knowH3045 the LordH3068.5Moreover, the 4prideH1347 of IsraelH3478 testifiesH6030 againstH6440 him, And IsraelH3478 and EphraimH669 stumbleH3782 in their iniquityH5771; 5JudahH3063 alsoH1571 has stumbledH3782 with them.6They will 6goH1980 with their flocksH6629 and herdsH1241 To seekH1245 the LordH3068, but they will 7not findH4672 Him; He has 8withdrawnH2502 from them.7They have 9dealtH898 treacherouslyH898 against the LordH3068, For they have borneH3205 1011illegitimateH2114 childrenH1121. NowH6258 the 12newH2320 moonH2320 will devourH398 them with their 13landH2506.
814BlowH8628 the hornH7782 in 15GibeahH1390, The trumpetH2689 in RamahH7414. SoundH7321 an alarmH7321 at Beth-avenH1007: “16BehindH310 you, BenjaminH1144!”9EphraimH669 will becomeH1961 a 17desolationH8047 in the 18dayH3117 of rebukeH8433; Among the tribesH7626 of IsraelH3478 I 19declareH3045 what is sureH539.10The princesH8269 of JudahH3063 have becomeH1961 like those who 20moveH5472 a boundaryH1366; On them I will 21pourH8210 out My wrathH5678 22like waterH4325.11EphraimH669 is 23oppressedH6231, crushedH7533 in judgmentH4941, 24BecauseH3588 he was determinedH2974 to 25followH1980H310 man’s commandH6673.12Therefore I am like a 26mothH6211 to EphraimH669 And like rottennessH7538 to the houseH1004 of JudahH3063.13When EphraimH669 sawH7200 his sicknessH2483, And JudahH3063 his 27woundH4205, Then EphraimH669 wentH1980 to 28AssyriaH804 And sentH7971 to 2930KingH4428 JarebH3377. But he is 31unableH3808H3201 to healH7495 you, Or to cureH1455 you of your 32woundH4205.14For I will be 33like a lionH7826 to EphraimH669 And like a youngH3715 lionH3715 to the houseH1004 of JudahH3063. 34I, even I, will tearH2963 to pieces and goH1980 away, I will carryH5375 away, and thereH369 will be 35noneH369 to deliverH5337.
