Daniel 8:14-26
14He saidH559 to me, “For 12,300H505H7969H3967 eveningsH6153 and morningsH1242; then the holyH6944 place will be 2properlyH6663 restoredH6663.”
15When 3I, DanielH1840, had seenH7200 the visionH2377, I soughtH1245 4to understandH998 it; and beholdH2009, standingH5975 beforeH5048 me was one 5whoH4758 lookedH4758 like a 6manH1397. 16And I heardH8085 the voiceH6963 of a manH120 betweenH996 the banks of UlaiH195, and he calledH7121 out and saidH559, “7GabrielH1403, giveH995 thisH1975 man an understandingH995 of the visionH4758.” 17So he cameH935 nearH681 to whereH5977 I was standingH5977, and when he cameH935 I was frightenedH1204 and 8fellH5307 on my faceH6440; but he saidH559 to me, “SonH1121 of manH120, understandH995 that the visionH2377 pertains to the 9timeH6256 of the endH7093.”
18Now while he was talkingH1696 with me, I 10sankH7290 into a deepH7290 sleepH7290 with my faceH6440 to the groundH776; but he 11touchedH5060 me and made me standH5975 12uprightH5921H5977. 19He saidH559, “BeholdH2009, I am going to 13let you knowH3045 whatH834 will occurH1961 at the finalH319 periodH319 of the indignationH2195, for it pertains to the appointedH4150 timeH4150 of the endH7093. 20The 14ramH352 whichH834 you sawH7200 with the two hornsH7161 represents the kingsH4428 of MediaH4074 and PersiaH6539. 21The shaggyH8163 15goatH5795 represents the 16kingdomH4428 of GreeceH3120, and the largeH1419 hornH7161 that is betweenH996 his eyesH5869 is the firstH7223 kingH4428. 22The 17brokenH7665 horn and the fourH702 horns that aroseH5975 in its placeH8478 represent fourH702 kingdomsH4438 which will ariseH5975 from his nationH1471, although not with his powerH3581.23In the latterH319 periodH319 of their 18ruleH4438, When the transgressorsH6586 have 19runH8552 their course, A kingH4428 will ariseH5975, 20InsolentH5794H6440 and skilledH995 in 21intrigueH2420.24His powerH3581 will be mightyH6105, but not by his own powerH3581, And he will 2223destroyH7843 to an extraordinaryH6381 degreeH6381 And prosperH6743 and performH6213 his will; He will 24destroyH7843 mightyH6099 menH6099 and 25the holyH6918 peopleH5971.25And throughH5921 his shrewdnessH7922 He will cause deceitH4820 to succeedH6743 by his 26influenceH3027; And he will magnifyH1431 himself in his heartH3824, And he will 27destroyH7843 manyH7227 while they are 28at easeH7962. He will even 2930opposeH5975 the PrinceH8269 of princesH8269, But he will be brokenH7665 31withoutH657 32humanH3027 agencyH3027.26The visionH4758 of the eveningsH6153 and morningsH1242 WhichH834 has been toldH559 is 33trueH571; But 34keepH5640 the visionH2377 secretH5640, For it pertains to manyH7227 35daysH3117 in the future.”
