2 Chronicles 28:22-27
22Now in the timeH6256 of his distressH6887 thisH1931 sameH1931 KingH4428 AhazH271 1becameH4603 yetH3254 moreH3254 unfaithfulH4603 to the LordH3068.
232For he sacrificedH2076 to the godsH430 of DamascusH1834 which had 3defeatedH5221 him, and saidH559, “4BecauseH3588 the godsH430 of the kingsH4428 of AramH758 helpedH5826 them, I will sacrificeH2076 to them that they may helpH5826 me.” But they becameH1961 the 5downfallH3782 of him and allH3605 IsraelH3478.
24Moreover, when AhazH271 gatheredH622 together the utensilsH3627 of the houseH1004 of GodH430, he 6cutH7112 the utensilsH3627 of the houseH1004 of GodH430 in piecesH7112; and he 7closedH5462 the doorsH1817 of the houseH1004 of the LordH3068 and 8madeH6213 altarsH4196 for himself in everyH3605 cornerH6438 of JerusalemH3389.
25In everyH3605 cityH5892 of JudahH3063 he madeH6213 highH1116 placesH1116 to burnH6999 incenseH6999 to otherH312 godsH430, and provokedH3707 the LordH3068, the GodH430 of his fathersH1, to angerH3707.
269Now the restH3499 of his actsH1697 and allH3605 his waysH1870, from firstH7223 to lastH314, beholdH2009, they are writtenH3789 in the BookH5612 of the KingsH4428 of JudahH3063 and IsraelH3478.
2710So AhazH271 sleptH7901 with his fathersH1, and they buriedH6912 him in the cityH5892, in JerusalemH3389, for they did not bringH935 him into the tombsH6913 of the kingsH4428 of 11IsraelH3478; and HezekiahH2396 his sonH1121 reignedH4427 in his placeH8478.
