1 Samuel 17:8-10
8He stoodH5975 and shoutedH7121 to the ranksH4634 of IsraelH3478 and saidH559 to them, “WhyH4100 do you comeH3318 out to drawH6186 up in battleH4421 array? Am I not the PhilistineH6430 and you 1servantsH5650 of SaulH7586? ChooseH1262 a manH376 for yourselves and let him comeH3381 downH3381 to me.
92IfH518 he is ableH3201 to fightH3898 with me and 3killH5221 me, then we will becomeH1961 your servantsH5650; but ifH518 I prevailH3201 against him and 4killH5221 him, then you shall becomeH1961 our servantsH5650 and serveH5647 us.”
10Again the PhilistineH6430 saidH559, “5I defyH2778 the ranksH4634 of IsraelH3478 thisH2088 dayH3117; giveH5414 me a manH376 that we may fightH3898 togetherH3162.”
