3ForMosesמֹשֶׁ֜הmo.ShehH4872had givenנָתַ֨ןna.TanH5414the inheritanceנַחֲלַ֨תna.cha.LatH5159of the twoשְׁנֵ֤יshe.NeiH8147tribesהַמַּטּוֹת֙ha.ma.tOtH4294and the half-tribeוַחֲצִ֣י הַמַּטֶּ֔הva.cha.Tzi ha.ma.TehH2677 H4294beyondמֵעֵ֖בֶרme.'E.verH4480 H5676the Jordanלַיַּרְדֵּ֑ןlai.yar.DenH3383; buthe did not giveנָתַ֥ןna.TanH5414an inheritanceנַחֲלָ֖הna.cha.LahH5159to the Levitesוְלַ֨לְוִיִּ֔םve.Lal.vi.YimH3881amongבְּתוֹכָֽם׃be.to.KhamH8432them.

4For the sonsבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121of Josephיוֹסֵ֛ףyo.SefH3130were twoשְׁנֵ֥יshe.NeiH8147tribesמַטּ֖וֹתma.TotH4294,Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֣הme.na.ShehH4519and Ephraimוְאֶפְרָ֑יִםve.'ef.Ra.yimH669,and they did not giveנָתְנוּ֩na.te.NuH5414a portionחֵ֨לֶקChe.lekH2506to the Levitesלַלְוִיִּ֜םlal.vi.YimH3881in the landבָּאָ֗רֶץba.'A.retzH776,exceptאִם־'im-H3588 H518citiesעָרִים֙'a.RimH5892to liveלָשֶׁ֔בֶתla.She.vetH3427in, with their pastureוּמִ֨גְרְשֵׁיהֶ֔םu.Mig.re.shei.HemH4054landsH4054for their livestockלְמִקְנֵיהֶ֖םle.mik.nei.HemH4735and for their propertyוּלְקִנְיָנָֽם׃u.le.kin.ya.NamH7075.

8Nevertheless my brethrenוְאַחַי֙ve.'a.ChaiH251whoאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834wentעָל֣וּ'a.LuH5927up with me made the heartלֵ֣בlevH3820of the peopleהָעָ֑םha.'AmH5971meltהִמְסִ֖יוhim.SivH4529with fearH4529; butI followedאַחֲרֵ֖י'a.cha.ReiH310the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068my Godאֱלֹהָֽי׃'e.lo.HaiH430fullyמִלֵּ֔אתִיmi.Le.tiH4390.
