15The headהָרֹ֑אשׁha.RoshH7218isthe elderזָקֵ֥ןza.KenH2205and honorableוּנְשׂוּא־ פָנִ֖יםu.ne.su'- fa.NimH6440 H5375man,And the prophetוְנָבִ֥יאve.na.Vi'H5030who teachesמֽוֹרֶה־mo.reh-H3384falsehoodשֶּׁ֖קֶרShe.kerH8267is the tailהַזָּנָֽב׃ha.za.NavH2180.

16For those who guideמְאַשְּׁרֵ֥יme.'a.she.ReiH833thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088peopleהָֽעָם־ha.'om-H5971are leadingH8582themastrayH8582;And those who are guidedוּמְאֻשָּׁרָ֖יוu.me.'u.sha.RavH833by them arebroughtH1104to confusionH1104.

17Thereforeכֵּ֨ןkenH5921 H3651the Lordאֲדֹנָ֗י'a.do.NaiH136doesnot takeH8055pleasureH8055in their youngבַּחוּרָ֜יוba.chu.RavH970menH970,NorH3808does He haveH7355pityH7355on theirorphansיְתֹמָ֤יוye.to.MavH3490or their widowsאַלְמְנֹתָיו֙'al.me.no.TavH490;For everyH3605oneH3605of them isgodlessחָנֵ֣ףcha.NefH2611and anevildoerוּמֵרַ֔עu.me.Ra'H7489,And everyH3605mouthפֶּ֖הpehH6310is speakingדֹּבֵ֣רdo.VerH1696foolishnessנְבָלָ֑הne.va.LahH5039.
