11For thusכֹ֨הkhohH3541the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068spokeאָמַ֧ר'a.MarH559to me withmightyכְּחֶזְקַ֣תke.chez.KatH2393powerהַיָּ֑דhai.YadH3027and instructedוְיִסְּרֵ֕נִיve.yi.se.Re.niH3256menot to walkמִלֶּ֛כֶתmi.Le.khetH1980in the wayבְּדֶ֥רֶךְbe.De.rekhH1870of thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088peopleהָֽעָם־ha.'om-H5971,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

12“You are not to sayתֹאמְר֣וּןtom.RunH559, ‘It is aconspiracyקֶ֔שֶׁרKe.sherH7195!’In regard to allלְכֹ֧לle.KholH3605that thisהַזֶּ֖הha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֥םha.'AmH5971callיֹאמַ֛רyo.MarH559a conspiracyקָ֑שֶׁרKa.sherH7195, Andyou are not to fearתִֽירְא֖וּti.re.'UH3372whatH4172they fearמוֹרָא֥וֹmo.ra.'OH4172or be in dreadתַעֲרִֽיצוּ׃ta.'a.Ri.tzuH6206of it.

13It is theLordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635whom you should regardתַקְדִּ֑ישׁוּtak.Di.shuH6942as holyH6942.And He shall be your fearמוֹרַאֲכֶ֖םmo.ra.'a.KhemH4172,And He shall be your dreadמַֽעֲרִֽצְכֶֽם׃Ma.'a.Ritz.KhemH6206.

14Then He shall becomeוְהָיָ֖הve.ha.YahH1961asanctuaryלְמִקְדָּ֑שׁle.mik.DashH4720;But to bothלִשְׁנֵ֨יlish.NeiH8147the housesבָתֵּ֤יva.TeiH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478, astoneוּלְאֶ֣בֶןu.le.'E.venH68to strikeנֶ֠גֶףNe.gefH5063and a rockוּלְצ֨וּרu.le.TzurH6697to stumbleמִכְשׁ֜וֹלmikh.SholH4383over, Anda snareלְפַ֣חle.FachH6341and atrapוּלְמוֹקֵ֔שׁu.le.mo.KeshH4170for the inhabitantsלְיוֹשֵׁ֖בle.yo.ShevH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389.

15Manyרַבִּ֑יםra.BimH7227will stumbleוְכָ֥שְׁלוּve.Kha.she.luH3782over them,Then they will fallוְנָפְל֣וּve.na.fe.LuH5307and be brokenוְנִשְׁבָּ֔רוּve.nish.Ba.ruH7665;They will even be snaredוְנוֹקְשׁ֖וּve.nok.ShuH3369and caughtוְנִלְכָּֽדוּ׃ סve.nil.Ka.duH3920.”

16Bindצ֖וֹרTzorH6887up the testimonyתְּעוּדָ֑הte.'u.DahH8584,sealחֲת֥וֹםcha.TomH2856thelawתּוֹרָ֖הto.RahH8451amongmy disciplesבְּלִמֻּדָֽי׃be.li.mu.DaiH3928.

17And I willwaitוְחִכִּ֙יתִי֙ve.chi.Ki.tiH2442for the Lordלַיהוָ֔הla.Yah.wehH3068who is hidingהַמַּסְתִּ֥ירha.mas.TirH5641His faceפָּנָ֖יוpa.NavH6440from the houseמִבֵּ֣יתmi.BeitH1004of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֑בya.'a.KoH3290;I will even lookH6960eagerlyוְקִוֵּ֖יתִֽי־ve.ki.Vei.ti-H6960for Him.

18Beholdהִנֵּ֣הhi.NehH2009,I and the childrenוְהַיְלָדִים֙ve.hay.la.DimH3206whomאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068has givenנָֽתַן־na.tan-H5414me are forsignsלְאֹת֥וֹתle.'o.TotH226and wondersוּלְמוֹפְתִ֖יםu.le.mof.TimH4159in Israelבְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לbe.Yis.ra.'ElH3478from the Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֔וֹתtze.va.'otH6635, whodwellsהַשֹּׁכֵ֖ןha.sho.KhenH7931on Mountבְּהַ֥רbe.HarH2022Zionצִיּֽוֹן׃ סtzi.YonH6726.

19Whenוְכִֽי־ve.khi-H3588they sayיֹאמְר֣וּyo.me.RuH559to you, “Consultדִּרְשׁ֤וּdir.ShuH1875the mediumsהָאֹבוֹת֙ha.'OtH178and the spiritistsהַיִּדְּעֹנִ֔יםhai.yi.de.'o.NimH3049who whisperהַֽמְצַפְצְפִ֖יםham.tzaf.tze.FimH6850and mutterוְהַמַּהְגִּ֑יםve.ha.mah.GimH1897,”should not a peopleעַם֙'amH5971consultיִדְרֹ֔שׁyid.RoshH1875their Godאֱלֹהָ֣יו'e.lo.HavH430? Should they consultthe deadהַמֵּתִֽים׃ha.me.TimH4191on behalfבְּעַ֥דbe.'AdH1157of the livingהַחַיִּ֖יםha.chai.YimH2416?

20To thelawלְתוֹרָ֖הle.to.RahH8451and to the testimonyוְלִתְעוּדָ֑הve.lit.'u.DahH8584!Ifאִם־'im-H518they do not speakיֹֽאמְרוּ֙yo.me.RuH559according to thisהַזֶּ֔הha.ZehH2088wordכַּדָּבָ֣רka.da.VarH1697,it is becauseאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834they haveH369noH369dawnשָֽׁחַר׃Sha.charH7837.
