23Declareהַגִּ֙ידוּ֙ha.Gi.duH5046the thingsהָאֹתִיּ֣וֹתha.'o.ti.YotH857that are going to comeH857afterwardלְאָח֔וֹרle.'a.ChorH268,That we may knowוְנֵ֣דְעָ֔הve.Ne.de.'AhH3045that you are godsאֱלֹהִ֖ים'E.lo.HimH430;Indeedאַף־'af-H637,doH3190goodתֵּיטִ֣יבוּtei.Ti.vuH3190or evilוְתָרֵ֔עוּve.ta.Re.'uH7489,that we may anxiously lookוְנִשְׁתָּ֖עָהve.nish.Ta.'ahH8159about us and fearH3372togetherH3164.

24Beholdהֵן־hen-H2005, you are ofnoH369accountH369, Andyour workוּפָעָלְכֶ֖םu.fa.'a.le.KhemH6467amounts to nothingH657;He who choosesיִבְחַ֥רyiv.CharH977you is anabominationתּוֹעֵבָ֖הto.'e.VahH8441.

25“I have arousedהַעִיר֤וֹתִיha.'i.Ro.tiH5782one from the northמִצָּפוֹן֙mi.tza.fOnH6828,and he has comeוַיַּ֔אתvai.YatH857;From the risingמִמִּזְרַח־mi.miz.rach-H4217of the sunשֶׁ֖מֶשׁShe.meshH8121he will callיִקְרָ֣אyik.Ra'H7121on My nameבִשְׁמִ֑יvish.MiH8034;And he will comeוְיָבֹ֤אve.ya.Vo'H935upon rulersסְגָנִים֙se.ga.NimH5461as uponmortarH2563,Even as the potterיוֹצֵ֖רyo.TzerH3335treadsיִרְמָס־yir.mos-H7429clayH2563.”
