8For allכָּל־kol-H3605the tablesשֻׁלְחָנ֔וֹתshul.cha.NotH7979are fullמָלְא֖וּmal.'UH4390of filthyצֹאָ֑הtzo.'AhH6675vomitH7006,withoutבְּלִ֖יbe.LiH1097a single cleanplaceמָקֽוֹם׃ סma.KomH4725.

9“Towhomמִי֙miH4310would He teachיוֹרֶ֣הyo.RehH3384knowledgeדֵעָ֔הde.'AhH1844,And to whomמִ֖יmiH4310would He interpretיָבִ֣יןya.VinH995the messageשְׁמוּעָ֑הshe.mu.'AhH8052? Those justweanedגְּמוּלֵי֙ge.mu.LeiH1580from milkמֵֽחָלָ֔בme.cha.LavH2461? Those justtakenעַתִּיקֵ֖י'a.ti.KeiH6267from the breastמִשָּׁדָֽיִם׃mi.sha.Da.yimH7699?

10For He says, ‘Orderצַ֤וtzavH6673on orderלָצָו֙la.TzavH6673,orderצַ֣וtzavH6673on orderלָצָ֔וla.TzavH6673,Lineקַ֥וkavH6957on lineלָקָ֖וla.KavH6957,lineקַ֣וkavH6957on lineלָקָ֑וla.KavH6957,A littleזְעֵ֥ירze.'EirH2191hereשָׁ֖םshamH8033,a littleזְעֵ֥ירze.'EirH2191thereשָֽׁם׃ShamH8033.’”

11Indeedכִּ֚יkiH3588,He will speakיְדַבֵּ֖רye.da.BerH1696to thisהַזֶּֽה׃ha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֥םha.'AmH5971Throughstammeringבְּלַעֲגֵ֣יbe.la.'a.GeiH3934lipsשָׂפָ֔הsa.FahH8193and a foreignאַחֶ֑רֶת'a.Che.retH312tongueוּבְלָשׁ֖וֹןu.ve.la.ShonH3956,

12He whoאֲשֶׁ֣ר׀'a.SherH834saidאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559to them, “HereH2088isrestהַמְּנוּחָה֙ha.me.nu.ChahH4496,giveהָנִ֣יחוּha.Ni.chuH5117restH5117to the wearyלֶֽעָיֵ֔ףle.'a.YefH5889,”And, “HereH2088is reposeהַמַּרְגֵּעָ֑הha.mar.ge.'AhH4774,”but they wouldאָב֖וּא'a.Vu'H14not listenשְׁמֽוֹעַ׃she.Mo.a'H8085.

13So the wordדְּבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068to them will be, “Orderצַ֣וtzavH6673on orderלָצָ֞וla.TzavH6673,orderצַ֤וtzavH6673on orderלָצָו֙la.TzavH6673,Lineקַ֤וkavH6957on lineלָקָו֙la.KavH6957,lineקַ֣וkavH6957on lineלָקָ֔וla.KavH6957,A littleזְעֵ֥ירze.'EirH2191hereשָׁ֖םshamH8033,a littleזְעֵ֣ירze.'EirH2191thereשָׁ֑םShamH8033,”That they may goיֵלְכ֜וּye.le.KhuH1980andstumbleוְכָשְׁל֤וּve.kha.she.LuH3782backwardאָחוֹר֙'a.chOrH268,be brokenוְנִשְׁבָּ֔רוּve.nish.Ba.ruH7665,snaredוְנוֹקְשׁ֖וּve.nok.ShuH3369and takenH3920captiveH3920.

14Thereforeלָכֵ֛ןla.KhenH3651,hearשִׁמְע֥וּshim.'UH8085the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068, Oscoffersאַנְשֵׁ֣י לָצ֑וֹן'an.Shei la.TzonH582 H3944,Who ruleמֹֽשְׁלֵי֙mo.she.LeiH4910thisהַזֶּ֔הha.ZehH2088peopleהָעָ֣םha.'AmH5971whoאֲשֶׁ֖ר'a.SherH834are in Jerusalemבִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃bi.ru.sha.LimH3389,

15BecauseH3588you have saidאֲמַרְתֶּ֗ם'a.mar.TemH559, “We have madeכָּרַ֤תְנֽוּka.Rat.nuH3772acovenantבְרִית֙ve.RitH1285with deathמָ֔וֶתMa.vetH4194, And withSheolשְׁא֖וֹלshe.'olH7585we have madeעָשִׂ֣ינוּ'a.Si.nuH6213apactחֹזֶ֑הcho.ZehH2374.The overwhelmingשׁוֹטֵ֤ףsho.TefH7857scourgeשׁ֣וֹטshitH7752will not reachיְבוֹאֵ֔נוּye.vo.'E.nuH935us whenH3588it passesיַֽעֲבֹר֙a.varH5674by,For we have madeשַׂ֧מְנוּSam.nuH7760falsehoodכָזָ֛בkha.ZavH3577our refugeמַחְסֵ֖נוּmach.Se.nuH4268and we haveconcealedנִסְתָּֽרְנוּ׃ סnis.Ta.re.nuH5641ourselves with deceptionוּבַשֶּׁ֥קֶרu.va.She.kerH8267.”

16Thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068, “BeholdH2009,I am layingH3245in Zionבְּצִיּ֖וֹןbe.tzi.YonH6726a stoneאָ֑בֶן'A.venH68,a testedבֹּ֜חַןBo.chanH976stoneאֶ֣בֶן'E.venH68,A costlyיִקְרַת֙yik.RatH3368cornerstoneפִּנַּ֤תpi.NatH6438forthe foundationמוּסָ֣דmu.SadH4143,firmlyH3245placedH3245.He who believesהַֽמַּאֲמִ֖יןha.ma.'a.MinH539in it will not bedisturbedיָחִֽישׁ׃ya.ChishH2363.

17I will makeוְשַׂמְתִּ֤יve.sam.TiH7760justiceמִשְׁפָּט֙mish.PatH4941the measuringH6957lineH6957And righteousnessוּצְדָקָ֖הu.tze.da.KahH6666the levelלְמִשְׁקָ֑לֶתle.mish.Ka.letH4949; Thenhailבָרָד֙va.RadH1259will sweepH3261awayH3261the refugeמַחְסֵ֣הmach.SehH4268of liesכָזָ֔בkha.ZavH3577And the watersמַ֖יִםMa.yimH4325will overflowיִשְׁטֹֽפוּ׃yish.To.fuH7857the secretH5643placeH5643.

18Yourcovenantבְּרִֽיתְכֶם֙be.ri.te.KhemH1285with deathמָ֔וֶתMa.vetH4194will becanceledוְכֻפַּ֤רve.khu.ParH3722,And your pactוְחָזוּתְכֶ֥םve.cha.zu.te.KhemH2380with Sheolשְׁא֖וֹלshe.'olH7585will not standתָק֑וּםta.KumH6965;Whenכִּ֣יkiH3588theoverwhelmingשׁוֹטֵף֙sho.TefH7857scourgeשׁ֤וֹטShotH7752passesיַֽעֲבֹ֔רya.'a.VorH5674throughH5674,Then you becomeוִהְיִ֥יתֶםvih.Yi.temH1961itstramplingלְמִרְמָֽס׃le.mir.MasH4823place.

19Asoftenמִדֵּ֤יmi.DeiH1767as it passesH5674throughH5674, it willseizeיִקַּ֣חyi.KachH3947you; Formorningבַבֹּ֧קֶרva.Bo.kerH1242after morningבַּבֹּ֛קֶרba.Bo.kerH1242it will passH5674throughH5674, anytimeduring the dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117or nightוּבַלָּ֑יְלָהu.va.La.ye.lahH3915, And it will besheerH7534terrorזְוָעָ֖הze.va.'AhH2113to understandהָבִ֥יןha.VinH995whatH8052it meansH8052.”
