6For thusכֹ֥הkhohH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֑י'a.do.NaiH136saysאָמַ֛ר'a.MarH559to me, “Goלֵ֚ךְlekhH1980,stationהַעֲמֵ֣דha.'a.MedH5975the lookoutהַֽמְצַפֶּ֔הham.tza.PehH6822, let himreportיַגִּֽיד׃ya.GidH5046whatאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834he seesיִרְאֶ֖הyir.'EhH7200.

7When he seesוְרָ֣אָהve.Ra.'ahH7200ridersרֶ֗כֶבRe.khevH7393,horsemenפָּֽרָשִׁ֔יםpa.ra.ShimH6571in pairsצֶ֚מֶדTze.medH6776,A trainרֶ֥כֶבRe.khevH7393of donkeysחֲמ֖וֹרcha.MorH2543,a trainרֶ֣כֶבRe.khevH7393of camelsגָּמָ֑לga.MalH1581,Let him payוְהִקְשִׁ֥יבve.hik.ShivH7181closeH7182attentionH7181,veryרַב־rav-H7227closeH7182attentionH7182.”

8Thenthe lookoutH4707calledוַיִּקְרָ֖אvai.yik.Ra'H7121, “O Lordאֲדֹנָ֗י'a.do.NaiH136,I standעֹמֵ֤ד'o.MedH5975continuallyתָּמִיד֙ta.MidH8548by dayיוֹמָ֔םyo.MamH3119on the watchtowerמִצְפֶּ֣ה׀mitz.PehH4707,And I am stationedנִצָּ֖בni.TzavH5324everyכָּל־kol-H3605nightהַלֵּילֽוֹת׃ha.lei.LotH3915at my guardH4931postמִ֨שְׁמַרְתִּ֔יmish.mar.TiH4931.

9Now beholdוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009,hereזֶ֥הzehH2088comesבָא֙va'H935a troopאִ֔ישׁ'IshH376of ridersרֶ֣כֶבRe.khevH7393,horsemenפָּֽרָשִׁ֑יםpa.ra.ShimH6571in pairsצֶ֖מֶדTze.medH6776.”And one saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Fallenנָפְלָ֤הna.fe.LahH5307,fallenנָֽפְלָה֙na.fe.LahH5307is Babylonבָּבֶ֔לba.VelH894;And allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605theimagesפְּסִילֵ֥יpe.si.LeiH6456of her godsאֱלֹהֶ֖יהָ'e.lo.Hei.haH430are shatteredשִׁבַּ֥רshi.BarH7665on the groundלָאָֽרֶץ׃la.'A.retzH776.”

10O mythreshedמְדֻשָׁתִ֖יme.du.sha.TiH4098people, and myafflictedוּבֶן־u.ven-H1121of the threshingגָּרְנִ֑יga.re.NiH1637floorH1637!Whatאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834I have heardשָׁמַ֗עְתִּיsha.Ma'.tiH8085from the Lordיְהוָ֧הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֛וֹתtze.va.'otH6635,The Godאֱלֹהֵ֥י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,I makeH5046knownH5046to you.
