22The Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068will strikeוְנָגַ֧ףve.na.GafH5062Egyptמִצְרַ֖יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,strikingנָגֹ֣ףna.GofH5062buthealingוְרָפ֑וֹאve.ra.Fo'H7495; so they willreturnוְשָׁ֙בוּ֙ve.Sha.vuH7725to the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and He will respondוְנֶעְתַּ֥רve.ne'.TarH6279to them and will healוּרְפָאָֽם׃u.re.fa.'AmH7495them.

23In that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117there will be ahighwayמְסִלָּ֤הme.si.LahH4546from Egyptמִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙mi.mitz.Ra.yimH4714to Assyriaאַשּׁ֔וּרָה'a.Shu.rahH804,and the Assyriansאַשּׁ֥וּר'a.ShurH804will comeוּבָֽא־u.va'-H935into Egyptבְּמִצְרַ֖יִםbe.mitz.Ra.yimH4714and the Egyptiansוּמִצְרַ֣יִםu.mitz.Ra.yimH4714into Assyriaבְּאַשּׁ֑וּרbe.'a.ShurH804,and the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֖יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714willworshipוְעָבְד֥וּve.'a.ve.DuH5647with the Assyriansאַשּֽׁוּר׃ ס'a.ShurH804.

24In that dayבַּיּ֣וֹםbai.YomH3117Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478will be the thirdשְׁלִ֣ישִׁיָּ֔הshe.Li.shi.YahH7992partywith Egyptלְמִצְרַ֖יִםle.mitz.Ra.yimH4714and Assyriaוּלְאַשּׁ֑וּרu.le.'a.ShurH804,a blessingבְּרָכָ֖הbe.ra.KhahH1293in the midstבְּקֶ֥רֶבbe.Ke.revH7130of the earthהָאָֽרֶץ׃ha.'A.retzH776,

25whomאֲשֶׁ֧ר'a.SherH834the Lordיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of hostsצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635has blessedבֵּרֲכ֛וֹbe.ra.KhoH1288,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, “Blessedבָּר֨וּךְba.RukhH1288isEgyptמִצְרַ֗יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714My peopleעַמִּ֜י'a.MiH5971,and Assyriaאַשּׁ֔וּר'a.ShurH804the workוּמַעֲשֵׂ֤הu.ma.'a.SehH4639of My handsיָדַי֙ya.DaiH3027,and Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃ סYis.ra.'ElH3478My inheritanceוְנַחֲלָתִ֖יve.na.cha.la.TiH5159.”
