Ezekiel 9:4-10

4The Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to him, “Goעֲבֹר֙'a.VorH5674through the midstבְּת֣וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of the cityהָעִ֔ירha.'IrH5892, eventhrough the midstבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432of Jerusalemיְרֽוּשָׁלִָ֑םye.ru.sha.LimH3389,and putוְהִתְוִ֨יתָve.hit.Vi.taH8427amarkתָּ֜וtavH8420on the foreheadsמִצְח֣וֹתmitz.ChotH4696of the menH376whosighהַנֶּֽאֱנָחִים֙ha.ne.'e.na.ChimH584and groanוְהַנֶּ֣אֱנָקִ֔יםve.ha.Ne.'e.na.KimH602overH5921allכָּל־kol-H3605the abominationsהַתּ֣וֹעֵב֔וֹתha.To.'e.VotH8441which are being committedהַֽנַּעֲשׂ֖וֹתha.na.'a.SotH6213in its midstבְּתוֹכָֽהּ׃be.to.KhahH8432.”

5But to the othersוּלְאֵ֙לֶּה֙u.le.'E.lehH428He saidאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559in my hearingבְּאָזְנַ֔יbe.'a.ze.NaiH241, “Goעִבְר֥וּ'iv.RuH5674through the cityבָעִ֛ירva.'IrH5892afterאַחֲרָ֖יו'a.cha.RavH310him and strikeוְהַכּ֑וּve.ha.KuH5221;do not let your eyeעֵינְכֶ֖םei.nei.khemH5869haveH2347pityH2347and do not spareתַּחְמֹֽלוּ׃tach.Mo.luH2550.

6Utterlyלְמַשְׁחִ֗יתle.mash.ChitH4889slayתַּהַרְג֣וּta.har.GuH2026oldH2205menH2205,youngבָּח֣וּרba.ChurH970menH970,maidensוּבְתוּלָה֩u.ve.tu.LahH1330,littleוְטַ֨ףve.TafH2945childrenH2945,and womenוְנָשִׁ֜יםve.na.ShimH802, but do nottouchתִּגַּ֔שׁוּti.Ga.shuH5066anyכָּל־kol-H3605manאִ֨ישׁ'ishH376on whomאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834is the markהַתָּו֙ha.TavH8420; and you shallstartתָּחֵ֑לּוּta.Che.luH2490from My sanctuaryוּמִמִּקְדָּשִׁ֖יu.mi.mik.da.ShiH4720.”So they startedוַיָּחֵ֙לּוּ֙vai.ya.Che.luH2490with theeldersH2205whoאֲשֶׁ֖ר'a.SherH834werebeforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440thetempleהַבָּֽיִת׃ha.Ba.yitH1004.

7And He saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to them, “Defileטַמְּא֣וּta.me.'UH2930thetempleהַבַּ֗יִתha.Ba.yitH1004and fillוּמַלְא֧וּu.mal.'UH4390the courtsהַחֲצֵר֛וֹתha.cha.tze.RotH2691with the slainחֲלָלִ֖יםcha.la.LimH2491.Goצֵ֑אוּTze.'uH3318out!” Thus they wentוְיָצְא֖וּve.ya.tze.'UH3318out and struckH5221downH5221the peoplein the cityבָעִֽיר׃va.'IrH5892.

8As they were strikingכְּהַכּוֹתָ֔םke.ha.ko.TamH5221the people and I alonewas leftוְנֵֽאשֲׁאַ֖רve.ne.sha.'ArH7604, Ifellוָאֶפְּלָ֨הva.'e.pe.LahH5307on my faceפָּנַ֜יpa.NaiH6440and criedוָאֶזְעַ֗קva.'ez.'AkH2199outsayingוָֽאֹמַר֙va.'o.MarH559, “Alasאֲהָהּ֙'a.HahH162,Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GodH3068!Are You destroyingהֲמַשְׁחִ֣יתha.mash.ChitH7843the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605remnantשְׁאֵרִ֣יתshe.'e.RitH7611of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478by pouringבְּשָׁפְכְּךָ֥be.sha.fe.ke.KhaH8210out Your wrathחֲמָתְךָ֖cha.ma.te.KhaH2534on Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ye.ru.sha.LimH3389?”

9Then He saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to me, “The iniquityעֲוֹ֨ן'a.VonH5771of the houseבֵּֽית־beit-H1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֤לYis.ra.'ElH3478and Judahוִֽיהוּדָה֙vi.hu.DahH3063is veryבִּמְאֹ֣דbim.'OdH3966,veryמְאֹ֔דme.'OdH3966greatגָּדוֹל֙ga.dOlH1419,and the landהָאָ֙רֶץ֙ha.'A.retzH776isfilledוַתִּמָּלֵ֤אva.ti.ma.Le'H4390with bloodדָּמִ֔יםda.MimH1818and the cityוְהָעִ֖ירve.ha.'IrH5892isfullמָלְאָ֣הmal.'AhH4390of perversionמֻטֶּ֑הmu.TehH4297; forthey sayאָמְר֗וּ'a.me.RuH559, ‘The Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068has forsakenעָזַ֤ב'a.ZavH5800the landהָאָ֔רֶץha.'A.retzH776,and the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068does not seeרֹאֶֽה׃ro.'EhH7200!’

10But as for Me,My eyeעֵינִ֖י'ei.NiH5869will haveH2347noלֹא־lo'-H3808pityH2347norוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808will I spareאֶחְמֹ֑ל'ech.MolH2550, butI will bringנָתָֽתִּי׃na.Ta.tiH5414their conductדַּרְכָּ֖םdar.KamH1870upon their headsבְּרֹאשָׁ֥םbe.ro.ShamH7218.”
