3So He broughtוַיָּבֵ֨יאvai.ya.Vei'H935me thereשָׁ֗מָּהSha.mahH8033;and beholdוְהִנֵּה־ve.hi.neh-H2009,there was a manאִישׁ֙'ishH376whose appearanceמַרְאֵ֙הוּ֙mar.'E.huH4758was like the appearanceכְּמַרְאֵ֣הke.mar.'EhH4758ofbronzeנְחֹ֔שֶׁתne.Cho.shetH5178, with alineוּפְתִיל־u.fe.til-H6616of flaxפִּשְׁתִּ֥יםpish.TimH6593and ameasuringהַמִּדָּ֑הha.mi.DahH4060rodוּקְנֵ֣הu.ke.NehH7070in his handבְּיָד֖וֹbe.ya.DoH3027;and he was standingעֹמֵ֖ד'o.MedH5975in the gatewayבַּשָּֽׁעַר׃ba.Sha.'arH8179.

4The manהָאִ֗ישׁha.'IshH376saidוַיְדַבֵּ֨רvay.da.BerH1696to me, “Sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of manאָדָ֡ם'a.DamH120,seeרְאֵ֣הre.'EhH7200with your eyesבְעֵינֶיךָ֩ve.'ei.nei.KhaH5869,hearשְּׁמָ֜עshe.Ma'H8085with your earsוּבְאָזְנֶ֨יךָu.ve.'a.ze.Nei.khaH241,and giveוְשִׂ֣יםve.SimH7760attentionלִבְּךָ֗li.be.KhaH3820to allלְכֹ֤לle.KholH3605that I am going to showמַרְאֶ֣הmar.'EhH7200you; for you have been broughtהֻבָ֣אתָהhu.Va.tahH935hereהֵ֑נָּהHe.nahH2008in orderלְמַ֥עַןle.Ma.'anH4616to showהַרְאוֹתְכָ֖הhar.'ot.KhahH7200it to you.Declareהַגֵּ֛דha.GedH5046to the houseלְבֵ֥יתle.VeitH1004of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478allכָּל־kol-H3605that you seeרֹאֶ֖הro.'EhH7200.”

5And beholdוְהִנֵּ֥הve.hi.NehH2009, there was awallחוֹמָ֛הcho.MahH2346on the outsideמִח֥וּץmi.ChutzH2351of thetempleלַבַּ֖יִתla.Ba.yitH1004allסָבִ֣יב׀sa.VivH5439aroundסָבִ֑יבsa.VivH5439,and in the man’sהָאִ֜ישׁha.'IshH376handוּבְיַ֨דu.ve.YadH3027was a measuringהַמִּדָּ֗הha.mi.DahH4060rodקְנֵ֣הke.NehH7070of sixשֵׁשׁ־shesh-H8337cubitsאַמּ֤וֹת'a.MotH520, each of which wasa cubitבָּֽאַמָּה֙ba.'a.MahH520and ahandbreadthוָטֹ֔פַחva.To.fachH2948.So he measuredוַיָּ֜מָדvai.Ya.modH4058the thicknessרֹ֤חַבRo.chavH7341of thewallH2346,oneאֶחָ֔ד'e.ChadH259rodקָנֶ֣הka.NehH7070;and the heightוְקוֹמָ֖הve.ko.MahH6967,oneאֶחָֽד׃'e.ChadH259rodקָנֶ֥הka.NehH7070.

6Then he wentוַיָּב֗וֹאvai.ya.Vo'H935to the gateשַׁ֙עַר֙sha.'arH8179whichאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834facedפָּנָיו֙pa.NavH6440eastהַקָּדִ֔ימָהha.ka.Di.mahH6921,wentוַיַּ֖עַלvai.Ya.'alH5927up its stepsבְּמַֽעֲלוֹתָ֑יוbe.ma.'a.lo.tovH4609and measuredוַיָּ֣מָד׀vai.Ya.modH4058the thresholdסַ֣ףsafH5592of the gateהַשַּׁ֗עַרha.Sha.'arH8179,oneאֶחָד֙'e.ChadH259rodקָנֶ֤הka.NehH7070in widthרֹ֔חַבRo.chavH7341;and the otherאֶחָ֔ד'e.ChadH259thresholdסַ֣ףsafH5592wasoneאֶחָ֖ד'e.ChadH259rodקָנֶ֥הka.NehH7070in widthרֹֽחַב׃Ro.chavH7341.
