24They will comeוּבָ֣אוּu.Va.'uH935againstעָלַ֡יִךְ'a.La.yikhH5921you with weaponsהֹ֠צֶןHo.tzenH2021,chariotsרֶ֤כֶבRe.khevH7393andwagonsוְגַלְגַּל֙ve.gal.GalH1534,and with a companyוּבִקְהַ֣לu.vik.HalH6951of peoplesעַמִּ֔ים'a.MimH5971.They will setיָשִׂ֥ימוּya.Si.muH7760themselves againstעָלַ֖יִךְ'a.La.yikhH5921you on everyH5439sideH5439with bucklerצִנָּ֤הtzi.NahH6793and shieldוּמָגֵן֙u.ma.GenH4043and helmetוְקוֹבַ֔עve.ko.Va'H6959;and I will commitוְנָתַתִּ֤יve.na.ta.TiH5414thejudgmentמִשְׁפָּ֔טmish.PatH4941to them, and they will judgeוּשְׁפָט֖וּךְu.she.fa.TukhH8199you according to their customsבְּמִשְׁפְּטֵיהֶֽם׃be.mish.pe.tei.HemH4941.

25I will setוְנָתַתִּ֨יve.na.ta.TiH5414Myjealousyקִנְאָתִ֜יkin.'a.TiH7068against you, that they may dealוְעָשׂ֤וּve.'a.SuH6213with you in wrathבְּחֵמָ֔הbe.che.MahH2534.They will removeיָסִ֔ירוּya.Si.ruH5493your noseאַפֵּ֤ךְ'a.PekhH639and your earsוְאָזְנַ֙יִךְ֙ve.'a.ze.Na.yikhH241; and yoursurvivorsוְאַחֲרִיתֵ֖ךְve.'a.cha.ri.TekhH319will fallתִּפּ֑וֹלti.PolH5307by the swordבַּחֶ֣רֶבba.Che.revH2719.They will takeיִקָּ֔חוּyi.Ka.chuH3947yoursonsבָּנַ֤יִךְba.Na.yikhH1121and your daughtersוּבְנוֹתַ֙יִךְ֙u.ve.no.Ta.yikhH1323; and yoursurvivorsוְאַחֲרִיתֵ֖ךְve.'a.cha.ri.TekhH319will be consumedתֵּאָכֵ֥לte.'a.KhelH398by the fireבָּאֵֽשׁ׃ba.'EshH784.

26They will alsostripוְהִפְשִׁיט֖וּךְve.hif.shi.TukhH6584you of your clothesבְּגָדָ֑יִךְbe.ga.Da.yikhH899and takeוְלָקְח֖וּve.la.ke.ChuH3947away yourbeautifulתִפְאַרְתֵּֽךְ׃tif.'ar.TekhH8597jewelsכְּלֵ֥יke.LeiH3627.

27ThusI will make your lewdnessזִמָּתֵךְ֙zi.ma.teKhH2154and your harlotryזְנוּתֵ֖ךְze.nu.TekhH2184broughtfrom the landמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714to ceaseוְהִשְׁבַּתִּ֤יve.hish.ba.TiH7673from you, so that you will not liftתִשְׂאִ֤יtis.'IH5375up your eyesעֵינַ֙יִךְ֙'ei.Na.yikhH5869to them or rememberתִזְכְּרִי־tiz.ke.ri-H2142Egyptוּמִצְרַ֖יִםu.mitz.Ra.yimH4714anymoreעֽוֹד׃ סodH5750.’

28For thusכֹ֤הkhohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, ‘BeholdH2009,I will giveנֹֽתְנָ֔ךְno.te.NakhH5414you into the handבְּיַ֖דbe.YadH3027of those whomאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834youhateשָׂנֵ֑אתsa.NetH8130,into the handבְּיַ֛דbe.YadH3027of those from whomאֲשֶׁר־'a.Sher-H834you were alienatedנָקְעָ֥הna.ke.'AhH5361.

29They willdealוְעָשׂ֨וּve.'a.SuH6213with you in hatredבְּשִׂנְאָ֗הbe.sin.'AhH8135,takeוְלָקְחוּ֙ve.la.ke.ChuH3947allכָּל־kol-H3605your propertyיְגִיעֵ֔ךְye.gi.'EkhH3018,and leaveוַעֲזָב֖וּךְva.'a.za.VukhH5800you nakedעֵירֹ֣ם'ei.RomH5903and bareוְעֶרְיָ֑הve.'er.YahH6181.And the nakednessעֶרְוַ֣ת'er.VatH6172of your harlotriesזְנוּנַ֔יִךְze.nu.Na.yikhH2183will be uncoveredוְנִגְלָה֙ve.nig.LahH1540,both your lewdnessוְזִמָּתֵ֖ךְve.zi.ma.TekhH2154and your harlotriesוְתַזְנוּתָֽיִךְ׃ve.taz.nu.Ta.yikhH8457.

30TheseH428thingsאֵ֖לֶּה'E.lehH428will be doneעָשֹׂ֥ה'a.SohH6213to you because you haveplayedH2181the harlotH2181with the nationsגוֹיִ֔םgo.YimH1471,becauseעַ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־'al 'a.Sher-H5921 H834you have defiledנִטְמֵ֖אתnit.MetH2930yourself with their idolsבְּגִלּוּלֵיהֶֽם׃be.gi.lu.lei.HemH1544.

31You have walkedהָלָ֑כְתְּha.La.khetH1980in the wayבְּדֶ֥רֶךְbe.De.rekhH1870of your sisterאֲחוֹתֵ֖ךְ'a.cho.TekhH269;therefore I will giveוְנָתַתִּ֥יve.na.ta.TiH5414her cupכוֹסָ֖הּkho.SahH3563into your handבְּיָדֵֽךְ׃ סbe.ya.DekhH3027.’

32Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068, ‘You willdrinkתִּשְׁתִּ֔יtish.TiH8354your sister’sאֲחוֹתֵךְ֙'a.cho.teKhH269cupכּ֤וֹסKosH3563,Which is deepהָעֲמֻקָּ֖הha.'a.mu.KahH6013and wideוְהָרְחָבָ֑הve.ha.re.cha.VahH7342. You will belaughedלִצְחֹ֛קlitz.ChokH6712at and held in derisionוּלְלַ֖עַגu.le.La.'agH3933;It containsלְהָכִֽיל׃le.ha.KhilH3557muchמִרְבָּ֥הmir.BahH4767.

33You will be filledתִּמָּלֵ֑אִיti.ma.Le.'iH4390withdrunkennessשִׁכָּר֥וֹןshi.ka.RonH7943and sorrowוְיָג֖וֹןve.ya.GonH3015,The cupכּ֚וֹסKosH3563of horrorשַׁמָּ֣הsha.MahH8047and desolationוּשְׁמָמָ֔הu.she.ma.MahH8077,The cupכּ֖וֹסKosH3563of your sisterאֲחוֹתֵ֥ךְ'a.cho.TekhH269Samariaשֹׁמְרֽוֹן׃sho.me.RonH8111.

34You willdrinkוְשָׁתִ֨יתve.sha.TitH8354it and drainוּמָצִ֗יתu.ma.TzitH4680it.Then you will gnawתְּגָרֵ֖מִיte.ga.Re.miH1633its fragmentsחֲרָשֶׂ֛יהָcha.ra.Sei.haH2789And tearתְּנַתֵּ֑קִיte.na.Te.kiH5423your breastsוְשָׁדַ֣יִךְve.sha.Da.yikhH7699;for I have spokenדִבַּ֔רְתִּיdi.Bar.tiH1696,’declaresנְאֻ֖םne.'UmH5002the Lordאֲדֹנָ֥י'a.do.NaiH136 GodH3068.
