8So I have comeוָאֵרֵ֞דva.'e.RedH3381downH3381to deliverלְהַצִּיל֣וֹ׀le.ha.tzi.LoH5337them from thepowerמִיַּ֣דmi.YadH3027of the Egyptiansמִצְרַ֗יִםmitz.Ra.yimH4714,and to bringוּֽלְהַעֲלֹתוֹ֮u.le.ha.'a.lo.ToH5927them up from that landהָאָ֣רֶץha.'A.retzH776to agoodטוֹבָה֙to.VahH2896and spaciousוּרְחָבָ֔הu.re.cha.VahH7342landאֶ֤רֶץ'E.retzH776,to a landאֶ֛רֶץ'E.retzH776flowingזָבַ֥תza.VatH2100with milkחָלָ֖בcha.LavH2461and honeyוּדְבָ֑שׁu.de.VashH1706,to the placeמְק֤וֹםme.KomH4725ofthe Canaaniteהַֽכְּנַעֲנִי֙ha.ke.na.'a.NiH3669and the Hittiteוְהַ֣חִתִּ֔יve.Ha.chi.TiH2850and the Amoriteוְהָֽאֱמֹרִי֙ve.ha.'e.mo.RiH567and the Perizziteוְהַפְּרִזִּ֔יve.hap.pe.ri.ZiH6522and the Hiviteוְהַחִוִּ֖יve.ha.chi.ViH2340and the Jebusiteוְהַיְבוּסִֽי׃ve.hay.vu.SiH2983.

9Nowוְעַתָּ֕הve.'a.TahH6258,beholdהִנֵּ֛הhi.NehH2009,the cryצַעֲקַ֥תtza.'a.KatH6818of the sonsבְּנֵי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478has comeבָּ֣אָהBa.'ahH935to Me; furthermoreוְגַם־ve.gam-H1571,I have seenרָאִ֙יתִי֙ra.'I.tiH7200the oppressionהַלַּ֔חַץha.La.chatzH3906with whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834the EgyptiansH4714are oppressingלֹחֲצִ֥יםlo.cha.TzimH3905them.

10Therefore, comeלְכָ֔הle.KhahH1980nowוְעַתָּ֣הve.'a.TahH6258,and I will sendוְאֶֽשְׁלָחֲךָ֖ve.'esh.la.cha.KhaH7971you to Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֑הpar.'OhH6547,so that you may bringוְהוֹצֵ֛אve.ho.Tze'H3318My peopleעַמִּ֥י'a.MiH5971,the sonsבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,out of Egyptמִמִּצְרָֽיִם׃mi.mitz.Ra.yimH4714.”

11But Mosesמֹשֶׁה֙mo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to Godהָ֣אֱלֹהִ֔יםha.'E.lo.HimH430, “Whoמִ֣יmiH4310am I, that I should goאֵלֵ֖ךְ'e.LekhH1980to Pharaohפַּרְעֹ֑הpar.'OhH6547,and that I should bringאוֹצִ֛יא'o.Tzi'H3318the sonsבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478out of Egyptמִמִּצְרָֽיִם׃mi.mitz.Ra.yimH4714?”

12And He saidוַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙vai.Yo.merH559, “CertainlyH3588I will be with you, and thisוְזֶה־ve.zeh-H2088shall be the signהָא֔וֹתha.'otH226to you that it is I who have sentשְׁלַחְתִּ֑יךָshe.lach.Ti.khaH7971you:when you have broughtבְּהוֹצִֽיאֲךָ֤be.ho.tzi.'a.KhaH3318the peopleהָעָם֙ha.'AmH5971out of Egyptמִמִּצְרַ֔יִםmi.mitz.Ra.yimH4714, you shallworshipתַּֽעַבְדוּן֙ta.'av.DunH5647Godהָ֣אֱלֹהִ֔יםha.'E.lo.HimH430at thisהַזֶּֽה׃ha.ZehH2088mountainהָהָ֥רha.HarH2022.”

13Then Mosesמֹשֶׁ֜הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to Godהָֽאֱלֹהִ֗יםha.'E.lo.HimH430, “Beholdהִנֵּ֨הhi.NehH2009,I am goingבָא֮va'H935to the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֒Yis.ra.'ElH3478,and I will sayוְאָמַרְתִּ֣יve.'a.mar.TiH559to them, ‘The Godאֱלֹהֵ֥י'e.lo.HeiH430of your fathersאֲבוֹתֵיכֶ֖ם'a.vo.tei.KhemH1has sentשְׁלָחַ֣נִיshe.la.Cha.niH7971me to you.’ Now they may sayוְאָֽמְרוּ־ve.'a.me.ru-H559to me, ‘Whatמַה־mah-H4100is His nameשְּׁמ֔וֹshe.MoH8034?’Whatמָ֥הmahH4100shall I sayאֹמַ֖ר'o.MarH559to them?”

14Godאֱלֹהִים֙'E.lo.HimH430saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872, “I AMאֶֽהְיֶ֖ה'eh.YehH1961WHOאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834I AMאֶֽהְיֶ֑ה'eh.YehH1961”;and He saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Thusכֹּ֤הkohH3541you shall sayתֹאמַר֙to.MarH559to the sonsלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, ‘I AMאֶֽהְיֶ֖ה'eh.YehH1961has sentשְׁלָחַ֥נִיshe.la.Cha.niH7971me to you.’”

15Godאֱלֹהִ֜ים'E.lo.HimH430,furthermoreע֨וֹדodH5750,saidוַיֹּאמֶר֩vai.yo.MerH559to Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872, “Thusכֹּֽה־koh-H3541you shall sayתֹאמַר֮to.MarH559to the sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֒Yis.ra.'ElH3478, ‘The Lordיְהוָ֞הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of your fathersאֲבֹתֵיכֶ֗ם'a.vo.tei.KhemH1,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֨י'e.lo.HeiH430of Abrahamאַבְרָהָ֜ם'av.ra.HamH85,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֥י'e.lo.HeiH430of Isaacיִצְחָ֛קyitz.ChakH3327,and the Godוֵאלֹהֵ֥יve.lo.HeiH430of Jacobיַעֲקֹ֖בya.'a.KoH3290,has sentשְׁלָחַ֣נִיshe.la.Cha.niH7971me to you.’ Thisזֶה־zeh-H2088is My nameשְּׁמִ֣יshe.MiH8034foreverלְעֹלָ֔םle.'o.LamH5769,and thisוְזֶ֥הve.ZehH2088is Mymemorial-nameזִכְרִ֖יzikh.RiH2143to allלְדֹ֥רle.DorH1755generationsדֹּֽר׃DorH1755.

16Goלֵ֣ךְlekhH1980andgatherוְאָֽסַפְתָּ֞ve.'a.saf.TaH622the eldersזִקְנֵ֣יzik.NeiH2205of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478together and sayוְאָמַרְתָּ֤ve.'a.mar.TaH559to them, ‘The Lordיְהוָ֞הYah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֤י'e.lo.HeiH430of your fathersאֲבֹֽתֵיכֶם֙'a.vo.tei.KhemH1,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֧י'e.lo.HeiH430of Abrahamאַבְרָהָ֛ם'av.ra.HamH85,Isaacיִצְחָ֥קyitz.ChakH3327and Jacobוְיַעֲקֹ֖בve.ya.'a.KoH3290,has appearedנִרְאָ֣הnir.'AhH7200to me, sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559, “I amH6485indeedH6485concernedH6485about you and what has been doneהֶעָשׂ֥וּיhe.'a.SuiH6213to you in Egyptבְּמִצְרָֽיִם׃be.mitz.Ra.yimH4714.
