26Our little onesטַפֵּ֣נוּta.Pe.nuH2945,our wivesנָשֵׁ֔ינוּna.Shei.nuH802,our flocksמִקְנֵ֖נוּmik.Ne.nuH4735,and all our cattleבְּהֶמְתֵּ֑נוּbe.hem.Te.nuH929,shall be there in the citiesבְּעָרֵ֥יbe.'a.ReiH5892of Gileadהַגִּלְעָֽד׃ha.gil.'AdH1568:

27But thy servantsוַעֲבָדֶ֨יךָva.'a.va.Dei.khaH5650will pass overיַֽעַבְר֜וּya.'av.RuH5674,every man armedחֲל֥וּץcha.LutzH2502for warצָבָ֛אtza.Va'H6635,beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068to battleלַמִּלְחָמָ֑הla.mil.cha.MahH4421,as my lordאֲדֹנִ֖י'a.do.NiH113saithדֹּבֵֽר׃do.VerH1696.

28So concerning them Mosesמֹשֶׁ֔הmo.ShehH4872commandedוַיְצַ֤וvay.TzavH6680Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֣ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548,and Joshuaיְהוֹשֻׁ֣עַye.ho.Shu.a'H3091the sonבִּן־bin-H1121of Nunנ֑וּןNunH5126,and the chiefרָאשֵׁ֛יra.SheiH7218fathersאֲב֥וֹת'a.VotH1of the tribesהַמַּטּ֖וֹתha.ma.TotH4294of the childrenלִבְנֵ֥יliv.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478:

29And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֜הmo.ShehH4872saidוַיֹּ֨אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto them, If the childrenבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121of Gadגָ֣דgadH1410and the childrenוּבְנֵי־u.ve.nei-H1121of Reubenרְאוּבֵ֣ן׀re.'u.VenH7205will pass with you overיַעַבְר֣וּya.'av.RuH5674Jordanהַיַּרְדֵּ֞ןhai.yar.DenH3383,every man armedחָל֤וּץcha.LutzH2502to battleלַמִּלְחָמָה֙la.mil.cha.MahH4421,beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,and the landהָאָ֖רֶץha.'A.retzH776shall be subduedוְנִכְבְּשָׁ֥הve.nikh.be.ShahH3533beforeלִפְנֵיכֶ֑םlif.nei.KhemH6440you; then ye shall giveוּנְתַתֶּ֥םu.ne.ta.TemH5414them the landאֶ֥רֶץ'E.retzH776of Gileadהַגִּלְעָ֖דha.gil.'AdH1568for a possessionלַאֲחֻזָּֽה׃la.'a.chu.ZahH272:

30But if they will not pass overיַֽעַבְר֛וּya.'av.RuH5674with you armedחֲלוּצִ֖יםcha.lu.TzimH2502,they shall have possessionsוְנֹֽאחֲז֥וּve.no.cha.ZuH270amongבְתֹכְכֶ֖םve.to.khe.KhemH8432you in the landבְּאֶ֥רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Canaanכְּנָֽעַן׃ke.Na.'anH3667.

31And the childrenבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121of Gadגָ֛דgadH1410and the childrenוּבְנֵ֥יu.ve.NeiH1121of Reubenרְאוּבֵ֖ןre.'u.VenH7205answeredוַיַּֽעֲנ֧וּvai.ya.'a.NuH6030,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,As the Lordיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068hath saidדִּבֶּ֧רdi.BerH1696unto thy servantsעֲבָדֶ֖יךָ'a.va.Dei.khaH5650,so will we doנַעֲשֶֽׂה׃na.'a.SehH6213.

32We willנַ֣חְנוּNach.nuH5168pass overנַעֲבֹ֧רna.'a.VorH5674armedחֲלוּצִ֛יםcha.lu.TzimH2502beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068into the landאֶ֣רֶץ'E.retzH776of Canaanכְּנָ֑עַןke.Na.'anH3667,that the possessionאֲחֻזַּ֣ת'a.chu.ZatH272of our inheritanceנַחֲלָתֵ֔נוּna.cha.la.Te.nuH5159on this sideמֵעֵ֖בֶרme.'E.verH5676Jordanלַיַּרְדֵּֽן׃lai.yar.DenH3383may be ours.

34And the childrenבְנֵי־ve.nei-H1121of Gadגָ֔דGadH1410builtוַיִּבְנ֣וּvai.yiv.NuH1129Dibonדִּיבֹ֖ןdi.VonH1769,and Atarothעֲטָרֹ֑ת'a.ta.RotH5852,and Aroerעֲרֹעֵֽר׃'a.ro.'ErH6177,

35And Atroth, ShophanH5855,and Jaazerיַעְזֵ֖רya'.ZerH3270,and Jogbehahוְיָגְבֳּהָֽה׃ve.ya.ge.bo.HahH3011,

36And Beth–nimrahH1039,and Beth–haranH1028,fencedמִבְצָ֖רmiv.TzarH4013citiesעָרֵ֥י'a.ReiH5892:and foldsוְגִדְרֹ֥תve.gid.RotH1448for sheepצֹֽאן׃TzonH6629.

37And the childrenוּבְנֵ֤יu.ve.NeiH1121of Reubenרְאוּבֵן֙re.'u.VenH7205builtבָּנ֔וּba.NuH1129Heshbonחֶשְׁבּ֖וֹןchesh.BonH2809,and Elealehאֶלְעָלֵ֑א'el.'a.Le'H500,and Kirjathaimקִרְיָתָֽיִם׃kir.ya.Ta.yimH7156,

38And Neboנְב֞וֹne.VoH5015,and Baal–meonH1186, (their namesH8034being changedH4142,)and Shibmahשִׂבְמָ֑הsiv.MahH7643:and gaveוַיִּקְרְא֣וּvai.yik.re.'UH7121other namesH8034unto the citiesהֶעָרִ֖יםhe.'a.RimH5892which they buildedבָּנֽוּ׃ba.NuH1129.

39And the childrenבְּנֵ֨יbe.NeiH1121of Machirמָכִ֧ירma.KhirH4353the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֛הme.na.ShehH4519wentH3212to Gileadגִּלְעָ֖דָהgil.'A.dahH1568,and tookוַֽיִּלְכְּדֻ֑הָvai.yil.ke.Du.haH3920it, and dispossessedוַיּ֖וֹרֶשׁvai.Yo.reshH3423the Amoriteהָאֱמֹרִ֥יha.'e.mo.RiH567which was in it.

40And Mosesמֹשֶׁה֙mo.ShehH4872gaveוַיִּתֵּ֤ןvai.yi.TenH5414Gileadהַגִּלְעָ֔דha.gil.'AdH1568unto Machirלְמָכִ֖ירle.ma.KhirH4353the sonבֶּן־ben-H1121of Manassehמְנַשֶּׁ֑הme.na.ShehH4519;and he dweltוַיֵּ֖שֶׁבvai.Ye.shevH3427therein.
