1And the Lordיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיְדַבֵּ֣רvay.da.BerH1696unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872and unto Aaronאַהֲרֹ֖ן'a.ha.RonH175,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

2This isthe ordinanceחֻקַּ֣תchu.KatH2708of the lawהַתּוֹרָ֔הha.to.RahH8451which the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068hath commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,Speakדַּבֵּ֣ר׀da.BerH1696unto the childrenבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478,that they bringוְיִקְח֣וּve.yik.ChuH3947thee a redאֲדֻמָּ֜ה'a.du.MahH122heiferפָרָ֨הfa.RahH6510without spotתְּמִימָ֗הte.mi.MahH8549, wherein isno blemishמ֔וּםMumH3971, andupon which neverלֹא־lo'-H3808cameעָלָ֥ה'a.LahH5927yokeעֹֽל׃'OlH5923:

3And ye shall giveוּנְתַתֶּ֣םu.ne.ta.TemH5414her unto Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֖ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵ֑ןha.ko.HenH3548,that he may bring her forthוְהוֹצִ֤יאve.ho.Tzi'H3318withoutמִח֣וּץmi.ChutzH2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔הla.ma.cha.NehH4264, and oneshall slayוְשָׁחַ֥טve.sha.ChatH7819her beforeלְפָנָֽיו׃le.fa.NavH6440his face:

4And Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֧ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵ֛ןha.ko.HenH3548shall takeוְלָקַ֞חve.la.KachH3947of her bloodמִדָּמָ֖הּmi.da.MahH1818with his fingerבְּאֶצְבָּע֑וֹbe.'etz.ba.'OH676,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֞הve.hi.ZahH5137of her bloodמִדָּמָ֖הּmi.da.MahH1818directlyנֹ֨כַחNo.khachH5227beforeפְּנֵ֧יpe.NeiH6440the tabernacleאֹֽהֶל־'o.hel-H168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֛דmo.'EdH4150sevenשֶׁ֥בַעShe.va'H7651timesפְּעָמִֽים׃pe.'a.MimH6471:

5And oneshall burnוְשָׂרַ֥ףve.sa.RafH8313the heiferהַפָּרָ֖הha.pa.RahH6510in his sightלְעֵינָ֑יוle.'ei.NavH5869;her skinעֹרָ֤הּ'o.RahH5785,and her fleshבְּשָׂרָהּ֙be.sa.RahH1320,and her bloodדָּמָ֔הּda.MahH1818,with her dungפִּרְשָׁ֖הּpir.ShahH6569,shall he burnיִשְׂרֹֽף׃yis.RofH8313:

6And the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548shall takeוְלָקַ֣חve.la.KachH3947cedarאֶ֛רֶז'E.rezH730woodעֵ֥ץ'etzH6086,and hyssopוְאֵז֖וֹבve.'e.ZovH231,and scarletוּשְׁנִ֣י תוֹלָ֑עַתu.she.Ni to.La.'atH8144 H8438,and castוְהִשְׁלִ֕יךְve.hish.LikhH7993itinto the midstתּ֖וֹךְTokhH8432of the burningשְׂרֵפַ֥תse.re.FatH8316of the heiferהַפָּרָֽה׃ha.pa.RahH6510.

7Then the priestהַכֹּהֵ֗ןha.ko.HenH3548shall washוְכִבֶּ֨סve.khi.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֜יוbe.ga.DavH899,and he shall batheוְרָחַ֤ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his fleshבְּשָׂרוֹ֙be.sa.RoH1320in waterבַּמַּ֔יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and afterwardוְאַחַ֖רve.'a.CharH310he shall comeיָב֣וֹאya.Vo'H935into the campהַֽמַּחֲנֶ֑הha.ma.cha.NehH4264,and the priestהַכֹּהֵ֖ןha.ko.HenH3548shall be uncleanוְטָמֵ֥אve.ta.Me'H2930until the evenהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.

8And he that burnethוְהַשֹּׂרֵ֣ףve.ha.so.RefH8313her shall washיְכַבֵּ֤סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָיו֙be.ga.DavH899in waterבַּמַּ֔יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and batheוְרָחַ֥ץve.ra.ChatzH7364his fleshבְּשָׂר֖וֹbe.sa.RoH1320in waterבַּמָּ֑יִםba.Ma.yimH4325,and shall be uncleanוְטָמֵ֖אve.ta.Me'H2930until the evenהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.

9And a manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376that iscleanטָה֗וֹרta.HorH2889shall gatherוְאָסַ֣ף׀ve.'a.SafH622up the ashesאֵ֣פֶר'E.ferH665of the heiferהַפָּרָ֔הha.pa.RahH6510, and lay themupH3240withoutמִח֥וּץmi.ChutzH2351the campלַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖הla.ma.cha.NehH4264in a cleanטָה֑וֹרta.HorH2889placeבְּמָק֣וֹםbe.ma.KomH4725,and it shall be keptלְמִשְׁמֶ֛רֶתle.mish.Me.retH4931for the congregationלַעֲדַ֨תla.'a.DatH5712of the childrenבְּנֵֽי־be.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֧לYis.ra.'ElH3478for a waterלְמֵ֥יle.MeiH4325of separationנִדָּ֖הni.DahH5079: it isa purification for sinחַטָּ֥אתcha.TatH2403.

10And he that gatherethהָאֹסֵ֨ףha.'o.SefH622the ashesאֵ֤פֶר'E.ferH665of the heiferהַפָּרָה֙ha.pa.RahH6510shall washוְ֠כִבֶּסVe.khi.besH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֔יוbe.ga.DavH899,and be uncleanוְטָמֵ֖אve.ta.Me'H2930until the evenהָעָ֑רֶבha.'A.revH6153:and it shall be unto the childrenלִבְנֵ֣יliv.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478,and unto the strangerוְלַגֵּ֛רve.la.GerH1616that sojournethהַגָּ֥רha.GarH1481amongבְּתוֹכָ֖םbe.to.KhamH8432them, for a statuteלְחֻקַּ֥תle.chu.KatH2708for everעוֹלָֽם׃o.LamH5769.

11He that touchethהַנֹּגֵ֥עַha.no.Ge.a'H5060the deadבְּמֵ֖תbe.MetH4191bodyנֶ֣פֶשׁNe.feshH5315of any manאָדָ֑ם'a.DamH120shall be uncleanוְטָמֵ֖אve.ta.Me'H2930sevenשִׁבְעַ֥תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִֽים׃ya.MimH3117.

12He shall purifyיִתְחַטָּא־yit.cha.ta'-H2398himself with it on the thirdהַשְּׁלִישִׁ֛יha.she.li.ShiH7992dayבַּיּ֧וֹםbai.YomH3117,and on the seventhהַשְּׁבִיעִ֖יha.she.vi.'IH7637dayוּבַיּ֥וֹםu.vai.YomH3117he shall be cleanיִטְהָ֑רyit.HarH2891:but if he purifyיִתְחַטָּ֜אyit.cha.Ta'H2398not himself the thirdהַשְּׁלִישִׁ֛יha.she.li.ShiH7992dayבַּיּ֧וֹםbai.YomH3117,then the seventhהַשְּׁבִיעִ֖יha.she.vi.'IH7637dayוּבַיּ֥וֹםu.vai.YomH3117he shall not be cleanיִטְהָֽר׃yit.HarH2891.

13Whosoever touchethהַנֹּגֵ֡עַha.no.Ge.a'H5060the deadבְּמֵ֣תbe.MetH4191bodyבְּנֶפֶשׁ֩be.ne.FeshH5315of any manהָאָדָ֨םha.'a.DamH120that is deadיָמ֜וּתya.MutH4191,and purifiethיִתְחַטָּ֗אyit.cha.Ta'H2398not himself, defilethטִמֵּ֔אti.Me'H2930the tabernacleמִשְׁכַּ֤ןmish.KanH4908of the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068;and that soulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall be cut offוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772from Israelמִיִּשְׂרָאֵ֑לmi.Yis.ra.'ElH3478:because the waterמֵ֨יmeiH4325of separationנִדָּ֜הni.DahH5079was not sprinkledזֹרַ֤קzo.RakH2236upon him, he shall be uncleanטָמֵ֣אta.Me'H2931;his uncleannessטֻמְאָת֥וֹtum.'a.ToH2932is yet upon him.

14This isthe lawהַתּוֹרָ֔הha.to.RahH8451,when a manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120diethיָמ֣וּתya.MutH4191in a tentבְּאֹ֑הֶלbe.'O.helH168:all that comeהַבָּ֤אha.Ba'H935into the tentהָאֹ֙הֶל֙ha.'O.helH168, and all that isin the tentבָּאֹ֔הֶלba.'O.helH168,shall be uncleanיִטְמָ֖אyit.Ma'H2930sevenשִׁבְעַ֥תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִֽים׃ya.MimH3117.

15And every openפָת֔וּחַfa.Tu.achH6605vesselכְּלִ֣יke.LiH3627,which hath no coveringצָמִ֥ידtza.MidH6781boundפָּתִ֖ילpa.TilH6616upon it, isuncleanטָמֵ֖אta.Me'H2931.

16And whosoever touchethיִגַּ֜עyi.Ga'H5060one that is slainבַּֽחֲלַל־ba.cha.lal-H2491with a swordחֶ֙רֶב֙che.revH2719in the openפְּנֵ֣יpe.NeiH6440fieldsהַשָּׂדֶ֗הha.sa.DehH7704,or a dead bodyבְמֵ֔תve.MetH4191,or a boneבְעֶ֥צֶםve.'E.tzemH6106of a manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120,or a graveבְקָ֑בֶרve.Ka.verH6913,shall be uncleanיִטְמָ֖אyit.Ma'H2930sevenשִׁבְעַ֥תshiv.'AtH7651daysיָמִֽים׃ya.MimH3117.

17And for an uncleanלַטָּמֵ֔אla.ta.Me'H2931personthey shall takeוְלָֽקְחוּ֙ve.la.ke.ChuH3947of the ashesמֵעֲפַ֖רme.'a.FarH6083of the burnt heiferשְׂרֵפַ֣תse.re.FatH8316of purification for sinהַֽחַטָּ֑אתha.cha.TatH2403,and runningחַיִּ֖יםchai.YimH2416waterמַ֥יִםMa.yimH4325shall be putוְנָתַ֥ןve.na.TanH5414thereto in a vesselכֶּֽלִי׃Ke.liH3627:

18And a cleanטָהוֹר֒ta.hOrH2889personאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376shall takeוְלָקַ֨חve.la.KachH3947hyssopאֵז֜וֹב'e.ZovH231,and dipוְטָבַ֣לve.ta.ValH2881itin the waterבַּמַּיִם֮ba.ma.YimH4325,and sprinkleוְהִזָּ֤הve.hi.ZahH5137itupon the tentהָאֹ֙הֶל֙ha.'O.helH168,and upon all the vesselsהַכֵּלִ֔יםha.ke.LimH3627,and upon the personsהַנְּפָשׁ֖וֹתha.ne.fa.ShotH5315that were there, and upon him that touchedהַנֹּגֵ֗עַha.no.Ge.a'H5060a boneבַּעֶ֙צֶם֙ba.'E.tzemH6106,or one slainבֶֽחָלָ֔לve.cha.LalH2491,or one deadבַמֵּ֖תva.MetH4191,or a graveבַקָּֽבֶר׃va.Ka.verH6913:

20But the manוְאִ֤ישׁve.'IshH376that shall be uncleanיִטְמָא֙yit.Ma'H2930,and shall not purifyיִתְחַטָּ֔אyit.cha.Ta'H2398himself, that soulהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁha.Ne.feshH5315shall be cut offוְנִכְרְתָ֛הve.nikh.re.TahH3772from amongמִתּ֣וֹךְmi.TokhH8432the congregationהַקָּהָ֑לha.ka.HalH6951,because he hath defiledטִמֵּ֗אti.Me'H2930the sanctuaryמִקְדַּ֨שׁmik.DashH4720of the Lordיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068:the waterמֵ֥יmeiH4325of separationנִדָּ֛הni.DahH5079hath not been sprinkledזֹרַ֥קzo.RakH2236upon him; he isuncleanטָמֵ֥אta.Me'H2931.

21And it shall be a perpetualעוֹלָ֑םo.LamH5769statuteלְחֻקַּ֣תle.chu.KatH2708unto them, that he that sprinklethוּמַזֵּ֤הu.ma.ZehH5137the waterמֵֽי־mei-H4325of separationהַנִּדָּה֙ha.ni.DahH5079shall washיְכַבֵּ֣סye.kha.BesH3526his clothesבְּגָדָ֔יוbe.ga.DavH899;and he that touchethוְהַנֹּגֵ֙עַ֙ve.ha.no.Ge.a'H5060the waterבְּמֵ֣יbe.MeiH4325of separationהַנִּדָּ֔הha.ni.DahH5079shall be uncleanיִטְמָ֖אyit.Ma'H2930until evenהָעָֽרֶב׃ha.'A.revH6153.

22And whatsoever the uncleanהַטָּמֵ֖אha.ta.Me'H2931persontouchethיִגַּע־yi.ga'-H5060shall be uncleanיִטְמָ֑אyit.Ma'H2930;and the soulוְהַנֶּ֥פֶשׁve.ha.Ne.feshH5315that touchethהַנֹּגַ֖עַתha.no.Ga.'atH5060itshall be uncleanתִּטְמָ֥אtit.Ma'H2930until evenהָעָֽרֶב׃ פha.'A.revH6153.
