2“Announceהַגִּ֨ידוּha.Gi.duH5046and declareוְהַשְׁמִ֙יעוּ֙ve.hash.Mi.'uH8085to the nationsבַגּוֹיִ֤םva.go.YimH1471;lift upוּֽשְׂאוּ־u.se.'u-H5375a bannerנֵ֔סNesH5251and proclaim itהַשְׁמִ֖יעוּhash.Mi.'uH8085;holdתְּכַחֵ֑דוּte.kha.Che.duH3582nothing backאַל־'al-H408when you sayאִמְרוּ֩'im.RuH559, ‘Babylonבָבֶ֜לva.VelH894is capturedנִלְכְּדָ֨הnil.ke.DahH3920;Belבֵּל֙belH1078is put to shameהֹבִ֥ישׁho.VishH954;Mardukמְרֹדָ֔ךְme.ro.DakhH4781is shatteredחַ֣תchatH2865,her imagesעֲצַבֶּ֔יהָ'a.tza.Bei.haH6091are disgracedהֹבִ֣ישׁוּho.Vi.shuH954,her idolsגִּלּוּלֶֽיהָ׃gi.lu.Lei.haH1544are broken in piecesחַ֖תּוּCha.tuH2865.’
3Forכִּ֣יkiH3588a nationגּ֜וֹיGoyH1471from the northמִצָּפ֗וֹןmi.tza.FonH6828will comeעָלָה֩'a.LahH5927against herעָלֶ֨יהָ'a.Lei.haH5921;itהֽוּא־hu'-H1931will makeיָשִׁ֤יתya.ShitH7896אֶת־'et-H853her landאַרְצָהּ֙'ar.TzahH776a desolationלְשַׁמָּ֔הle.sha.MahH8047.No oneוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808will liveיִהְיֶ֥ה יוֹשֵׁ֖בyih.Yeh yo.ShevH1961H3427in it;both manמֵאָדָ֥םme.'a.DamH120andוְעַד־ve.'ad-H5704beastבְּהֵמָ֖הbe.he.MahH929will fleeנָ֥דוּ הָלָֽכוּ׃Na.du ha.La.khuH5110H1980.”
4“In thoseהָהֵ֜מָּהha.He.mahH1992daysבַּיָּמִ֨יםbai.ya.MimH3117and at thatהַהִיא֙ha.Hi'H1931timeוּבָעֵ֤תu.va.'EtH6256,declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068,the childrenבְנֵֽי־ve.nei-H1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל הֵ֥מָּהYis.ra.'El He.mahH3478H1992and the childrenוּבְנֵֽי־u.ve.nei-H1121of Judahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063will comeיָבֹ֧אוּya.Vo.'uH935togetherיַחְדָּ֑וyach.DavH3162,weepingהָל֤וֹךְ וּבָכוֹ֙ha.Lokh u.va.KhoH1058H1980וְאֶת־ve.'EtH853as they comeיֵלֵ֔כוּye.Le.khuH1980,and will seekיְבַקֵּֽשׁוּ׃ye.va.Ke.shuH1245the LORDיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068their Godאֱלֹהֵיהֶ֖ם'e.lo.hei.HemH430.
5They will askיִשְׁאָ֔לוּyish.'A.luH7592the wayדֶּ֖רֶךְDe.rekhH1870to Zionצִיּ֣וֹןtzi.YonH6726and turntheir facesפְנֵיהֶ֑םfe.nei.HemH6440toward itהֵ֣נָּהHe.nahH2008.They will comeבֹּ֚אוּBo.'uH935and joinוְנִלְו֣וּve.nil.VuH3867themselves toאֶל־'el-H413the LORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068in an everlastingעוֹלָ֖םo.LamH5769covenantבְּרִ֥יתbe.RitH1285that will neverלֹ֥אlo'H3808be forgottenתִשָּׁכֵֽחַ׃ סti.sha.Khe.achH7911.
6My peopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971areהָי֣וּha.yahH1961lostאֹֽבְדוֹת֙'oe.dOtH6sheepצֹ֤אןtzonH6629;their shepherdsרֹעֵיהֶ֣םro.'ei.HemH7462have led them astrayהִתְע֔וּםhit.'UmH8582,causing them to roamשֽׁוֹבְב֑וּםshoe.vimH7726the mountainsהָרִ֖יםha.RimH2022.They have wanderedהָלָ֔כוּha.La.khuH1980from mountainמֵהַ֤רme.HarH2022toאֶל־'el-H413hillגִּבְעָה֙giv.'AhH1389;they have forgottenשָׁכְח֖וּsha.khe.ChuH7911their resting placeרִבְצָֽם׃riv.TzamH7258.
7Allכָּל־kol-H3605who found themמוֹצְאֵיהֶ֣םmotz.'ei.HemH4672devoured themאֲכָל֔וּם'a.kha.LumH398,and their enemiesוְצָרֵיהֶ֥םve.tza.rei.HemH6862saidאָמְר֖וּ'a.me.RuH559, ‘We are notלֹ֣אlo'H3808guiltyנֶאְשָׁ֑םne'.ShamH816,forתַּ֗חַתTa.chatH8478אֲשֶׁ֨ר'a.SherH834they have sinnedחָטְא֤וּcha.te.'UH2398against the LORDלַֽיהוָה֙la.Yah.wehH3068,their trueצֶ֔דֶקTze.dekH6664pastureנְוֵה־ne.veh-H5116,the LORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068,the hopeוּמִקְוֵ֥הu.mik.VehH4723of their fathersאֲבֽוֹתֵיהֶ֖ם'a.vo.tei.HemH1.’
