3It was Iוְאָנֹכִ֤יve.'a.no.KhiH595who taught Ephraimלְאֶפְרַ֔יִםle.'ef.Ra.yimH669to walkתִרְגַּ֙לְתִּי֙tir.Gal.tiH8637,taking themקָחָ֖םka.ChamH3947byעַל־'al-H5921the armsזְרֽוֹעֹתָ֑יוze.ro.'o.TavH2220,but they neverוְלֹ֥אve.Lo'H3808realizedיָדְע֖וּya.de.'UH3045that it was Iכִּ֥יkiH3588who healed themרְפָאתִֽים׃re.fa.TimH7495.
