9Proclaimהַשְׁמִ֙יעוּ֙hash.Mi.'uH8085toעַל־'al-H5921the citadelsאַרְמְנ֣וֹת'ar.me.NotH759of Ashdodבְּאַשְׁדּ֔וֹדbe.'ash.DodH795and toוְעַֽל־ve.'al-H5921the citadelsאַרְמְנ֖וֹת'ar.me.NotH759בְּאֶ֣רֶץbe.'E.retzH776of Egyptמִצְרָ֑יִם וְאִמְר֗וּmitz.Ra.yim ve.'im.RuH4714H559: “Assembleהֵאָֽסְפוּ֙he.'a.se.FuH622onעַל־'al-H5921the mountainsהָרֵ֣יha.ReiH2022of Samariaשֹׁמְר֔וֹןsho.me.RonH8111;seeוּרְא֞וּu.re.'UH7200the greatרַבּוֹת֙ra.bOtH7227unrestמְהוּמֹ֤תme.hu.MotH4103in the cityבְּתוֹכָ֔הּbe.to.KhahH8432and the acts of oppressionוַעֲשׁוּקִ֖יםva.'a.shu.KimH6217in her midstבְּקִרְבָּֽהּ׃be.kir.BahH7130.”
10“For they knowיָדְע֥וּya.de.'UH3045notוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808how to doעֲשׂוֹת־'a.sot-H6213rightנְכֹחָ֖הne.kho.ChahH5229,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068. “They store upהָאֽוֹצְרִ֛יםha.'otz.RimH686violenceחָמָ֥סcha.MasH2555and destructionוָשֹׁ֖דva.ShodH7701in their citadelsבְּאַרְמְנֽוֹתֵיהֶֽם׃ פbe.'ar.me.No.tei.HemH759.”
11Thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651this is whatכֹּ֤הkohH3541the Lordאֲדֹנָ֣י'a.do.NaiH136GODיְהוִ֔הYah.wehH3069saysאָמַר֙'a.MarH559: “An enemyצַ֖רtzarH6862will surroundוּסְבִ֣יבu.se.VivH5439the landהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776;he will pull downוְהוֹרִ֤ד מִמֵּךְ֙ve.ho.Rid mi.meKhH3381H4480your strongholdsעֻזֵּ֔ךְ'u.ZekhH5797and plunderוְנָבֹ֖זּוּve.na.Vo.zuH962your citadelsאַרְמְנוֹתָֽיִךְ׃'ar.me.no.Ta.yikhH759.”
12This is whatכֹּה֮kohH3541the LORDיְהוָה֒Yah.wehH3068saysאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “Asכַּאֲשֶׁר֩ka.'a.SherH834the shepherdהָרֹעֶ֜הha.ro.'EhH7462snatchesיַצִּ֨ילya.TzilH5337from the mouthמִפִּ֧יmi.PiH6310of the lionהָאֲרִ֛יha.'a.RiH738twoשְׁתֵּ֥יshe.TeiH8147legsכְרָעַ֖יִםkhe.ra.'A.yimH3767orא֣וֹ'oH176a pieceבְדַל־ve.dal-H915of an earאֹ֑זֶן'O.zenH241,soכֵּ֣ןkenH3651the Israelitesבְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗לbe.Nei Yis.ra.'ElH1121H3478dwellingהַיֹּֽשְׁבִים֙hai.yo.she.VimH3427in Samariaבְּשֹׁ֣מְר֔וֹןbe.Sho.me.RonH8111will be rescuedיִנָּצְל֞וּyi.na.tze.LuH5337having justthe cornerבִּפְאַ֥תbif.'AtH6285of a bedמִטָּ֖הmi.TahH4296or the cushionוּבִדְמֶ֥שֶׁקu.vid.Me.shekH1833of a couchעָֽרֶשׂ׃'A.resH6210.
14כִּ֗יKiH3588On the dayבְּי֛וֹםbe.YomH3117I punishפָּקְדִ֥יpa.ke.DiH6485Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478for their transgressionsפִשְׁעֵֽי־fish.'ei-H6588עָלָ֑יו'a.LavH5921,I will visitוּפָֽקַדְתִּי֙u.fa.kad.TiH6485destructiononעַל־'al-H5921the altarsמִזְבְּח֣וֹתmiz.be.ChotH4196ofבֵּֽית־beit-H1008Bethelאֵ֔ל'ElH1008;the hornsקַרְנ֣וֹתkar.NotH7161of the altarהַמִּזְבֵּ֔חַha.miz.Be.achH4196will be cut offוְנִגְדְּעוּ֙ve.nig.de.'UH1438,and they will fallוְנָפְל֖וּve.na.fe.LuH5307to the groundלָאָֽרֶץ׃la.'A.retzH776.
15I will tear downוְהִכֵּיתִ֥יve.hi.kei.TiH5221the winterהַחֹ֖רֶףha.Cho.refH2779houseבֵית־veit-H1004along withעַל־'al-H5921the summerהַקָּ֑יִץha.Ka.yitzH7019houseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004;the housesבָּתֵּ֣יba.TeiH1004of ivoryהַשֵּׁ֗ןha.ShenH8127will also perishוְאָבְד֞וּve.'a.ve.DuH6,and the greatרַבִּ֖יםra.BimH7227housesבָּתִּ֥יםba.TimH1004will come to an endוְסָפ֛וּve.sa.FuH5595,”declaresנְאֻם־ne.'um-H5002the LORDיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.
