10Andוַיְהִ֕יvay.HiH1961when the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֖יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548came outבְּצֵ֥אתbe.TzetH3318ofמִן־min-H4480the Holy Placeהַקֹּ֑דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944,the cloudוְהֶעָנָ֥ןve.he.'a.NanH6051filledמָלֵ֖אma.Le'H4390אֶת־'et-H853the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068

11so that the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֛יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548couldיָכְל֧וּya.khe.LuH3201notוְלֹֽא־ve.lo'-H3808stand thereלַעֲמֹ֥דla.'a.ModH5975to ministerלְשָׁרֵ֖תle.sha.RetH8334becauseמִפְּנֵ֥יmi.pe.NeiH6440of the cloudהֶֽעָנָ֑ןhe.'a.NanH6051.Forכִּי־ki-H3588the gloryכְבוֹד־khe.Vod-H3519of the LORDיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068אֶת־'et-H853filledמָלֵ֥אma.Le'H4390the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of the LORDיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.

12Thenאָ֖ז'azH227Solomonשְׁלֹמֹ֑הshe.lo.MohH8010declaredאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559: “The LORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068has saidאָמַ֔ר'a.MarH559that He would dwellלִשְׁכֹּ֖ןlish.KonH7931in the thick cloudבָּעֲרָפֶֽל׃ba.'a.ra.FelH6205.

13I have indeed builtH1129Youan exaltedזְבֻ֖לze.VulH2073houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004,a placeמָכ֥וֹןma.KhonH4349for You to dwellלְשִׁבְתְּךָ֖le.shiv.te.KhaH3427foreverעוֹלָמִֽים׃o.la.MimH5769.”

14And as the wholeכָּל־kol-H3605assemblyקְהַ֣לke.HalH6951of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478stoodעֹמֵֽד׃'o.MedH5975there,the kingהַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ha.Me.lekhH4428אֶת־'et-H853turned aroundוַיַּסֵּ֤ב פָּנָ֔יוvai.ya.Sev pa.NavH5437 H6440and blessedוַיְבָ֕רֶךְvay.Va.rekhH1288אֵ֖ת'etH853themallוְכָל־ קְהַ֥ל יִשְׂרָאֵ֖לve.khol ke.Hal Yis.ra.'ElH3605 H6951 H3478

15and saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559: “Blessedבָּר֤וּךְba.RukhH1288bethe LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478, whoאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834has fulfilledמִלֵּ֖אmi.Le'H4390with His own handוּבְיָד֥וֹu.ve.ya.DoH3027what He spokeדִּבֶּ֣רdi.BerH1696with His mouthבְּפִ֔יוbe.FivH6310toאֵ֖ת'etH854my fatherאָבִ֑י'a.ViH1Davidדָּוִ֣דda.VidH1732,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

18But the LORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559toאֶל־'el-H413my fatherאָבִ֔י'a.ViH1Davidדָּוִ֣דda.VidH1732, ‘Sinceיַ֗עַןYa.'anH3282אֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834it wasהָיָה֙ha.YahH1961inעִם־'im-H5973your heartלְבָ֣בְךָ֔le.Va.ve.khaH3824to buildלִבְנ֥וֹתliv.NotH1129a houseבַּ֖יִתBa.yitH1004for My Nameלִשְׁמִ֑יlish.MiH8034,you have done wellהֱטִיבֹ֔תָ כִּ֥יhe.ti.Vo.ta kiH2895 H3588to have thisהָיָ֖הha.YahH1961inעִם־'im-H5973your heartלְבָבֶֽךָ׃le.va.Ve.khaH3824.

19Neverthelessרַ֣קrakH7535,youאַתָּ֔ה'a.TahH859are notלֹ֥אlo'H3808the one to build itתִבְנֶ֖ה הַבָּ֑יִתtiv.Neh ha.Ba.yitH1129 H1004;butכִּ֤י אִם־ki 'im-H3588 H518your sonבִּנְךָ֙bin.KhaH1121,your own offspringהַיֹּצֵ֣א מֵחֲלָצֶ֔יךָ הֽוּא־hai.yo.Tze' me.cha.la.Tzei.kha hu'-H3318 H2504 H1931,will buildיִבְנֶ֥הyiv.NehH1129the houseהַבַּ֖יִתha.Ba.yitH1004for My Nameלִשְׁמִֽי׃lish.MiH8034.’
