10It happenedוַיְהִ֕יvay.HiH1961that when the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֖יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548cameבְּצֵ֥אתbe.TzetH3318from the holyהַקֹּ֑דֶשׁha.Ko.deshH6944place,the cloudוְהֶעָנָ֥ןve.he.'a.NanH6051filledמָלֵ֖אma.Le'H4390the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃Yah.wehH3068,

11so that the priestsהַכֹּהֲנִ֛יםha.ko.ha.NimH3548couldיָכְל֧וּya.khe.LuH3201not standלַעֲמֹ֥דla.'a.ModH5975to ministerלְשָׁרֵ֖תle.sha.RetH8334becauseמִפְּנֵ֥יmi.pe.NeiH4480 H6440of the cloudהֶֽעָנָ֑ןhe.'a.NanH6051,for the gloryכְבוֹד־khe.Vod-H3519of the Lordיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068filledמָלֵ֥אma.Le'H4390the houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004of the Lordיְהוָֽה׃ פYah.wehH3068.

12Thenאָ֖ז'azH227Solomonשְׁלֹמֹ֑הshe.lo.MohH8010saidאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559, “The Lordיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068has saidאָמַ֔ר'a.MarH559thatHe would dwellלִשְׁכֹּ֖ןlish.KonH7931in the thickבָּעֲרָפֶֽל׃ba.'a.ra.FelH6205cloudH6205.

13I have surelyבָּנֹ֥הba.NohH1129builtבָנִ֛יתִיva.Ni.tiH1129You a loftyזְבֻ֖לze.VulH2073houseבֵּ֥יתbeitH1004,A placeמָכ֥וֹןma.KhonH4349for Your dwellingלְשִׁבְתְּךָ֖le.shiv.te.KhaH3427foreverעוֹלָמִֽים׃o.la.MimH5769.”

14Then the kingהַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ha.Me.lekhH4428facedפָּנָ֔יוpa.NavH5437 H6440aboutH5437andblessedוַיְבָ֕רֶךְvay.Va.rekhH1288allכָּל־kol-H3605the assemblyקְהַ֣לke.HalH6951of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֑לYis.ra.'ElH3478,while allוְכָל־ve.kholH3605the assemblyקְהַ֥לke.HalH6951of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478was standingעֹמֵֽד׃'o.MedH5975.

15He saidוַיֹּ֗אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559, “Blessedבָּר֤וּךְba.RukhH1288be the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,the Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לYis.ra.'ElH3478,whoאֲשֶׁר֙'a.SherH834spokeדִּבֶּ֣רdi.BerH1696with His mouthבְּפִ֔יוbe.FivH6310to my fatherאָבִ֑י'a.ViH1Davidדָּוִ֣דda.VidH1732and has fulfilledמִלֵּ֖אmi.Le'H4390itwith His handוּבְיָד֥וֹu.ve.ya.DoH3027,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

18But the Lordיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068saidוַיֹּ֤אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559to my fatherאָבִ֔י'a.ViH1Davidדָּוִ֣דda.VidH1732, ‘Becauseיַ֗עַן אֲשֶׁ֤רYa.'an 'a.SherH3282 H834it wasin your heartלְבָ֣בְךָ֔le.Va.ve.khaH3824to buildלִבְנ֥וֹתliv.NotH1129a houseבַּ֖יִתBa.yitH1004for My nameלִשְׁמִ֑יlish.MiH8034,you didH2895wellהֱטִיבֹ֔תָhe.ti.Vo.taH2895that it wasin your heartלְבָבֶֽךָ׃le.va.Ve.khaH3824.

19NeverthelessH7534you shall not buildתִבְנֶ֖הtiv.NehH1129the houseהַבָּ֑יִתha.Ba.yitH1004,but your sonבִּנְךָ֙bin.KhaH1121whowill be bornהַיֹּצֵ֣א מֵחֲלָצֶ֔יךָhai.yo.Tze' me.cha.la.Tzei.khaH3318 H2504to you, he will buildיִבְנֶ֥הyiv.NehH1129the houseהַבַּ֖יִתha.Ba.yitH1004for My nameלִשְׁמִֽי׃lish.MiH8034.’
