17“My lordאֲדֹנִי֙'a.do.NiH113,”she repliedוַתֹּ֣אמֶרva.To.merH559, “you yourselfאַתָּ֨ה'a.TahH859sworeנִשְׁבַּ֜עְתָּnish.Ba'.taH7650to your maidservantלַֽאֲמָתֶ֔ךָla.'a.ma.Te.khaH519by the LORDבַּֽיהוָ֤הba.Yah.wehH3068your Godאֱלֹהֶ֙יךָ֙'e.lo.Hei.khaH430: ‘Surelyכִּֽי־ki-H3588your sonבְנֵ֖ךְve.NekhH1121Solomonשְׁלֹמֹ֥הshe.lo.MohH8010will reignיִמְלֹ֣ךְyim.LokhH4427after meאַחֲרָ֑י'a.cha.RaiH310,and heוְה֖וּאve.Hu'H1931will sitיֵשֵׁ֥בye.ShevH3427onעַל־'al-H5921my throneכִּסְאִֽי׃kis.'IH3678.’

18But nowוְעַתָּ֕הve.'a.TahH6258,beholdהִנֵּ֥הhi.NehH2009,Adonijahאֲדֹנִיָּ֖ה'a.do.ni.YahH138has become kingמָלָ֑ךְma.LakhH4427,and youוְעַתָּ֛הve.'a.TahH6258,my lordאֲדֹנִ֥י'a.do.NiH113the kingהַמֶּ֖לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428,do notלֹ֥אlo'H3808know itיָדָֽעְתָּ׃ya.Da.'e.taH3045.

19And he has sacrificedוַ֠יִּזְבַּחVai.yiz.bachH2076an abundanceלָרֹב֒la.RoH7230of oxenשׁ֥וֹרShorH7794,fattened calvesוּֽמְרִיא־u.me.ri'-H4806,and sheepוְצֹאן֮ve.tzoNH6629,and has invitedוַיִּקְרָא֙vai.yik.Ra'H7121all the otherלְכָל־le.kholH3605sonsבְּנֵ֣יbe.NeiH1121of the kingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428,as well as Abiatharוּלְאֶבְיָתָר֙u.le.'ev.ya.TarH54the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548and Joabוּלְיֹאָ֖בu.le.yo.'AvH3097the commanderשַׂ֣רsarH8269of the armyהַצָּבָ֑אha.tza.Va'H6635.But he has notלֹ֥אlo'H3808invitedקָרָֽא׃ka.Ra'H7121your servantעַבְדְּךָ֖'av.de.KhaH5650Solomonוְלִשְׁלֹמֹ֥הve.lish.lo.MohH8010.
