13Now thereforeוְעַתָּ֣הve.'a.TahH6258,our Godאֱלֹהֵ֔ינוּ'e.lo.Hei.nuH430,weאֲנַ֖חְנוּ'a.Nach.nuH587give You thanksמוֹדִ֥יםmo.DimH3034,and we praiseוּֽמְהַֽלְלִ֖יםu.me.ha.LimH1984Your gloriousתִּפְאַרְתֶּֽךָ׃tif.'ar.Te.khaH8597nameלְשֵׁ֥םle.ShemH8034.

14Butוְכִ֨יve.KhiH3588whoמִ֤יmiH4310amIאֲנִי֙'a.NiH589,and whoוּמִ֣יu.MiH4310are my peopleעַמִּ֔י'a.MiH5971,thatכִּֽי־ki-H3588we should be ableנַעְצֹ֣ר כֹּ֔חַna'.Tzor Ko.achH6113 H3581to give as generouslyלְהִתְנַדֵּ֖בle.hit.na.DevH5068as thisכָּזֹ֑אתka.ZotH2063?Forכִּֽי־ki-H3588everythingהַכֹּ֔לha.KolH3605comes from Youמִמְּךָ֣mi.me.KhaH4480,and from Your own handוּמִיָּדְךָ֖u.mi.ya.de.KhaH3027we have givenנָתַ֥נּוּna.Ta.nuH5414to You.

22Thatהַה֖וּאha.Hu'H1931dayבַּיּ֥וֹםbai.YomH3117they ateוַיֹּאכְל֨וּvai.yo.khe.LuH398and drankוַיִּשְׁתּ֜וּvai.yish.TuH8354with greatגְדוֹלָ֑הge.do.LahH1419joyבְּשִׂמְחָ֣הbe.sim.ChahH8057in the presenceלִפְנֵ֧יlif.NeiH6440of the LORDיְהוָ֛הYah.wehH3068.Then, for a secondשֵׁנִית֙she.NitH8145time, they designated David’sדָּוִ֔ידda.VidH1732sonבֶן־ven-H1121Solomonלִשְׁלֹמֹ֣הlish.lo.MohH8010as kingוַיַּמְלִ֤יכוּvai.yam.Li.khuH4427,anointing himוַיִּמְשְׁח֧וּvai.yim.she.ChuH4886before the LORDלַיהוָ֛הla.Yah.wehH3068as rulerלְנָגִ֥ידle.na.GidH5057,and Zadokוּלְצָד֖וֹקu.le.tza.DokH6659as the priestלְכֹהֵֽן׃le.kho.HenH3548.

23So Solomonשְׁ֠לֹמֹהShe.lo.mohH8010satוַיֵּ֣שֶׁבvai.Ye.shevH3427onעַל־'al-H5921the throneכִּסֵּ֨אki.Se'H3678of the LORDיְהוָ֧ה׀Yah.wehH3068as kingלְמֶ֛לֶךְle.Me.lekhH4428in place ofתַּֽחַת־ta.chat-H8478his fatherאָבִ֖יו'a.VivH1Davidדָּוִ֥ידda.VidH1732.He prosperedוַיַּצְלַ֑חvai.yatz.LachH6743,and allכָּל־kol-H3605Israelיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃Yis.ra.'ElH3478obeyed himוַיִּשְׁמְע֥וּ אֵלָ֖יוvai.yish.me.'U 'e.LavH8085 H413.
