13IfH2005I shutupאֶֽעֱצֹ֤ר'e.'e.TzorH6113heavenהַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ha.sha.Ma.yimH8064that there be norainמָטָ֔רma.TarH4306, or if Icommandאֲצַוֶּ֥ה'a.tza.VehH6680thelocustsחָגָ֖בcha.GavH2284todevourלֶאֱכ֣וֹלle.'e.KholH398thelandהָאָ֑רֶץha.'A.retzH776, or if Isendאֲשַׁלַּ֥ח'a.sha.LachH7971pestilenceדֶּ֖בֶרDe.verH1698among mypeopleבְּעַמִּֽי׃be.'a.MiH5971;

14If mypeopleעַמִּ֜י'a.MiH5971, who arecalledנִֽקְרָא־nik.ra'-H7121by mynameשְׁמִ֣יshe.MiH8034, shallhumbleוְיִכָּנְע֨וּve.yi.ka.ne.'UH3665themselves, andprayוְיִֽתְפַּֽלְלוּ֙ve.yit.pa.LuH6419, andseekוִֽיבַקְשׁ֣וּvi.vak.ShuH1245myfaceפָנַ֔יfa.NaiH6440, andturnוְיָשֻׁ֖בוּve.ya.Shu.vuH7725from theirwickedהָרָעִ֑יםha.ra.'ImH7451waysמִדַּרְכֵיהֶ֣םmi.dar.khei.HemH1870; then will Ihearאֶשְׁמַ֣ע'esh.Ma'H8085fromheavenהַשָּׁמַ֔יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064, and willforgiveוְאֶסְלַח֙ve.'es.LachH5545theirsinלְחַטָּאתָ֔םle.cha.ta.TamH2403, and willhealוְאֶרְפָּ֖אve.'er.Pa'H7495theirlandאַרְצָֽם׃'ar.TzamH776.

15Now myeyesעֵינַי֙'ei.NaiH5869shall beopenפְתֻח֔וֹתfe.tu.ChotH6605, and myearsוְאָזְנַ֖יve.'a.ze.NaiH241attentiveקַשֻּׁב֑וֹתka.shu.VotH7183to theprayerלִתְפִלַּ֖תlit.fi.LatH8605that is made in thisplaceהַמָּק֥וֹםha.ma.KomH4725.

16For now have Ichosenבָּחַ֤רְתִּיba.Char.tiH977andsanctifiedוְהִקְדַּ֙שְׁתִּי֙ve.hik.Dash.tiH6942thishouseהַבַּ֣יִתha.Ba.yitH1004, that mynameשְׁמִ֥יshe.MiH8034may be thereforעַד־'ad-H5704everעוֹלָ֑םo.LamH5769: and myeyesעֵינַ֧י'ei.NaiH5869and myheartוְלִבִּ֛יve.li.BiH3820shall be thereperpetuallyהַיָּמִֽים׃hai.ya.MimH3117.

17And as for thee, if thou wiltwalkH3212beforeלְפָנַ֗יle.fa.NaiH6440me, asDavidדָּוִ֣ידda.VidH1732thyfatherאָבִ֔יךָ'a.Vi.khaH1walkedH1980, anddoוְלַעֲשׂ֕וֹתve.la.'a.SotH6213according to all that I havecommandedצִוִּיתִ֑יךָtzi.vi.Ti.khaH6680thee, and shaltobserveתִּשְׁמֽוֹר׃tish.MorH8104mystatutesוְחֻקַּ֥יve.chu.KaiH2706and myjudgmentsוּמִשְׁפָּטַ֖יu.mish.pa.TaiH4941;

18Then will Iestablishוַהֲקִ֣ימוֹתִ֔יva.ha.Ki.mo.TiH6965thethroneכִּסֵּ֣אki.Se'H3678of thykingdomמַלְכוּתֶ֑ךָmal.khu.Te.khaH4438, according as I havecovenantedכָּרַ֗תִּיka.Ra.tiH3772withDavidלְדָוִ֤ידle.da.VidH1732thyfatherאָבִ֙יךָ֙'a.Vi.khaH1,sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559, There shall notfailיִכָּרֵ֤תyi.ka.RetH3772thee amanאִ֔ישׁ'IshH376to berulerמוֹשֵׁ֖לmo.ShelH4910inIsraelבְּיִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃be.Yis.ra.'ElH3478.

19But if ye turnawayתְּשׁוּב֣וּןte.shu.VunH7725, andforsakeוַעֲזַבְתֶּם֙va.'a.zav.TemH5800mystatutesחֻקּוֹתַ֣יchu.ko.TaiH2708and mycommandmentsוּמִצְוֹתַ֔יu.mitz.vo.TaiH4687, which I havesetנָתַ֖תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414beforeלִפְנֵיכֶ֑םlif.nei.KhemH6440you, and shallgoוַהֲלַכְתֶּ֗םva.ha.lakh.TemH1980andserveוַעֲבַדְתֶּם֙va.'a.vad.TemH5647otherאֲחֵרִ֔ים'a.che.RimH312godsאֱלֹהִ֣ים'E.lo.HimH430, andworshipוְהִשְׁתַּחֲוִיתֶ֖םve.hish.ta.cha.vi.TemH7812them;

20Then will I pluck them up by therootsוּנְתַשְׁתִּ֗יםu.ne.tash.TimH5428out of mylandאַדְמָתִי֙'ad.ma.TiH127which I havegivenנָתַ֣תִּיna.Ta.tiH5414them; and thishouseהַבַּ֤יִתha.Ba.yitH1004, which I havesanctifiedהִקְדַּ֣שְׁתִּיhik.Dash.tiH6942for mynameלִשְׁמִ֔יlish.MiH8034, will I castoutאַשְׁלִ֖יךְ'ash.LikhH7993of mysightפָּנָ֑יpa.NaiH6440, and willmakeוְאֶתְּנֶ֛נּוּve.'et.te.Ne.nuH5414it to be aproverbלְמָשָׁ֥לle.ma.ShalH4912and abywordוְלִשְׁנִינָ֖הve.lish.ni.NahH8148among allnationsהָעַמִּֽים׃ha.'a.MimH5971.

21And thishouseוְהַבַּ֤יִתve.ha.Ba.yitH1004, which ishighעֶלְי֔וֹןel.YonH5945, shall be anastonishmentיִשֹּׁ֑םyi.ShomH8074to every one thatpassethעֹבֵ֥ר'o.VerH5674by it; so that he shallsayוְאָמַ֗רve.'a.MarH559, Why hath theLORDיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068doneעָשָׂ֤ה'a.SahH6213thus to thislandלָאָ֥רֶץla.'A.retzH776, and to thishouseוְלַבַּ֥יִתve.la.Ba.yitH1004?

22And it shall beansweredוְאָמְר֗וּve.'a.me.RuH559, Because theyforsookעָֽזְב֜וּ'a.ze.VuH5800theLORDיְהוָ֣ה׀Yah.wehH3068Godאֱלֹהֵ֣י'e.lo.HeiH430of theirfathersאֲבֹתֵיהֶ֗ם'a.vo.tei.HemH1, who broughtthemהוֹצִיאָם֮ho.tzi.'AmH3318out of thelandמֵאֶ֣רֶץme.'E.retzH776ofEgyptמִצְרַיִם֒mitz.ra.YimH4714, and laidholdוַֽיַּחֲזִ֙יקוּ֙vai.ya.cha.Zi.kuH2388onotherאֲחֵרִ֔ים'a.che.RimH312godsבֵּאלֹהִ֣יםbe.lo.HimH430, andworshippedוַיִּשְׁתַּחֲו֥וּvai.yish.ta.cha.VuH7812them, andservedוַיַּֽעַבְד֑וּםvai.ya.'av.DumH5647them: therefore hath hebroughtהֵבִ֣יאhe.Vi'H935all thisevilהָרָעָ֖הha.ra.'AhH7451upon them.
