16And they forsookallכָּל־kol-H3605thecommandmentsמִצְוֹת֙mitz.VotH4687of theLORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068theirGodאֱלֹהֵיהֶ֔ם'e.lo.hei.HemH430, andmadeוַיַּעֲשׂ֥וּvai.ya.'a.SuH6213them moltenimagesמַסֵּכָ֖הma.se.KhahH4541,evenH853twoשְׁנֵ֣יshe.neimH8147calvesעֲגָלִ֑ים'a.ga.LimH5695, andmadeוַיַּעֲשׂ֣וּvai.ya.'a.SuH6213anAsherahאֲשֵׁירָ֗ה'a.shei.RahH842, and worshippedallלְכָל־le.kholH3605thehostצְבָ֣אtze.Va'H6635ofheavenהַשָּׁמַ֔יִםha.sha.Ma.yimH8064, andservedוַיַּעַבְד֖וּvai.ya.'av.DuH5647Baalהַבָּֽעַל׃ha.Ba.'alH1168.

18Therefore theLORDיְהוָ֤הYah.wehH3068wasveryמְאֹד֙me.'OdH3966angryוַיִּתְאַנַּ֨ףvai.yit.'a.NafH599withIsraelבְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔לbe.Yis.ra.'ElH3478, andremovedוַיְסִרֵ֖םvay.si.RemH5493themoutH6440of hissightH6440: there wasnoneלֹ֣אlo'H3808leftנִשְׁאַ֔רnish.'ArH7604but thetribeשֵׁ֥בֶטShe.vetH7626ofJudahיְהוּדָ֖הye.hu.DahH3063onlyרַ֛קrakH7535.

19AlsoJudahיְהוּדָ֕הye.hu.DahH3063keptשָׁמַ֔רsha.MarH8104notלֹ֣אlo'H3808thecommandmentsמִצְוֹ֖תmitz.VotH4687of theLORDיְהוָ֣הYah.wehH3068theirGodאֱלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם'e.lo.hei.HemH430, but walked in thestatutesבְּחֻקּ֥וֹתbe.chu.KotH2708ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478whichאֲשֶׁ֥ר'a.SherH834theymadeעָשֽׂוּ׃'a.SuH6213.

20And theLORDיְהוָ֜הYah.wehH3068rejectedוַיִּמְאַ֨סvai.yim.'AsH3988allבְּכָל־be.kholH3605theseedזֶ֤רַעZe.ra'H2233ofIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478, and afflicted them, anddeliveredוַֽיִּתְּנֵ֖םvai.yi.te.NemH5414themintoH3027thehandבְּיַד־be.yad-H3027of spoilers,untilעַ֛ד'adH5704he hadcastהִשְׁלִיכָ֖םhish.li.KhamH7993themoutH6440of hissightH6440.

21For he rentIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478from thehouseבֵּ֣יתbeitH1004ofDavidדָּוִ֔דda.VidH1732; and they madeJeroboamיָרָבְעָ֣םya.ra.ve.'AmH3379thesonבֶּן־ben-H1121ofNebatנְבָ֑טne.VatH5028kingוַיַּמְלִ֖יכוּvai.yam.Li.khuH4427: andJeroboamיָרָבְעָ֤םya.ra.ve.'AmH3379draveIsraelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478fromfollowingמֵאַחֲרֵ֣יme.'a.cha.ReiH310theLORDיְהוָ֔הYah.wehH3068, and made themsinוְהֶחֱטֵיאָ֖םve.he.che.tei.'AmH2398agreatגְדוֹלָֽה׃ge.do.LahH1419sinH2398.
