25And thekingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428saidוַיֹּ֣אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559,Divideגִּזְר֛וּgiz.RuH1504thelivingהַחַ֖יha.ChaiH2416childהַיֶּ֥לֶדhai.Ye.ledH3206intwoלִשְׁנָ֑יִםlish.Na.yimH8147, andgiveוּתְנ֤וּu.te.NuH5414halfהַחֲצִי֙ha.cha.TziH2677to the one, andhalfהַחֲצִ֖יha.cha.TziH2677to theotherH259.

26Then spake thewomanהָאִשָּׁה֩ha.'i.ShahH802whoseH834thelivingהַחַ֜יha.ChaiH2416childH1121was unto thekingהַמֶּ֗לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428, forherH413bowels yearneduponעַל־'al-H5921herH413sonH1121, andsheH834saidH559, Oh mylordאֲדֹנִ֗י'a.do.NiH113,giveתְּנוּ־te.nu-H5414herH413thelivingהַחַ֔יha.ChaiH2416childH1121, and innoH3808wiseslayH4191it. But theotherהַיָּל֣וּדhai.ya.LudH3205saidH559, It shall beneitherH3808minenorH3808thine;divideגְּזֹֽרוּ׃ge.Zo.ruH1504it.

27Then thekingהַמֶּ֜לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428answeredH559andsaidH559,Giveתְּנוּ־te.nu-H5414herH5414thelivingהַחַ֔יha.ChaiH2416childהַיָּל֣וּדhai.ya.LudH3205, and innoלֹ֣אlo'H3808wiseslayH4191it:sheהִ֖יאhi'H1931is themotherאִמּֽוֹ׃'i.MoH517thereof.

28Andallכָל־khol-H3605Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֗לYis.ra.'ElH3478heardוַיִּשְׁמְע֣וּvai.yish.me.'UH8085of thejudgmentהַמִּשְׁפָּט֙ha.mish.PatH4941whichאֲשֶׁ֣ר'a.SherH834thekingהַמֶּ֔לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428hadjudgedשָׁפַ֣טsha.FatH8199; and theyfearedוַיִּֽרְא֖וּvai.yir.'UH3372thekingהַמֶּ֑לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428: for theysawרָא֔וּra.'UH7200that thewisdomחָכְמַ֧תcha.khe.MatH2451ofGodאֱלֹהִ֛ים'E.lo.HimH430was in him, todoלַעֲשׂ֥וֹתla.'a.SotH6213judgmentמִשְׁפָּֽט׃ סmish.PatH4941.
