2And they stoodוַֽתַּעֲמֹ֜דְנָהva.ta.'a.Mo.de.nahH5975beforeלִפְנֵ֣יlif.NeiH6440Mosesמֹשֶׁ֗הmo.ShehH4872,and beforeוְלִפְנֵי֙ve.lif.NeiH6440Eleazarאֶלְעָזָ֣ר'el.'a.ZarH499the priestהַכֹּהֵ֔ןha.ko.HenH3548,and beforeוְלִפְנֵ֥יve.lif.NeiH6440the princesהַנְּשִׂיאִ֖םha.ne.si.'ImH5387and all the congregationהָעֵדָ֑הha.'e.DahH5712, bythe doorפֶּ֥תַחPe.tachH6607of the tabernacleאֹֽהֶל־'o.hel-H168of the congregationמוֹעֵ֖דmo.'EdH4150,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

3Our fatherאָבִינוּ֮'a.vi.NuH1diedמֵ֣תmetH4191in the wildernessבַּמִּדְבָּר֒ba.mid.BarH4057,and he was not inבְּת֣וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the companyהָעֵדָ֗הha.'e.DahH5712of them that gathered themselves togetherהַנּוֹעָדִ֛יםha.no.'a.DimH3259against Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068in the companyבַּעֲדַת־ba.'a.dat-H5712of Korahקֹ֑רַחKo.rachH7141;but diedמֵ֔תMetH4191in his own sinבְחֶטְא֣וֹve.chet.'OH2399,and had no sonsוּבָנִ֖יםu.va.NimH1121.

4Why should the nameשֵׁם־shem-H8034of our fatherאָבִ֙ינוּ֙'a.Vi.nuH1be done awayיִגָּרַ֤עyi.ga.Ra'H1639from amongמִתּ֣וֹךְmi.TokhH8432his familyמִשְׁפַּחְתּ֔וֹmish.pach.ToH4940,because he hath no sonבֵּ֑ןBenH1121?Giveתְּנָה־te.nah-H5414unto us thereforea possessionאֲחֻזָּ֔ה'a.chu.ZahH272amongבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432the brethrenאֲחֵ֥י'a.CheiH251of our fatherאָבִֽינוּ׃'a.Vi.nuH1.

5And Mosesמֹשֶׁ֛הmo.ShehH4872broughtוַיַּקְרֵ֥בvai.yak.RevH7126their causeמִשְׁפָּטָ֖ןmish.pa.TanH4941beforeלִפְנֵ֥יlif.NeiH6440Yhwhיְהוָֽה׃ סYah.wehH3068.

6And Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068spakeוַיֹּ֥אמֶרvai.Yo.merH559unto Mosesמֹשֶׁ֥הmo.ShehH4872,sayingלֵּאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

7The daughtersבְּנ֣וֹתbe.NotH1323of Zelophehadצְלָפְחָד֮tze.la.fe.ChadH6765speakדֹּבְרֹת֒doe.RotH1696rightכֵּ֗ןKenH3651:thou shalt surelyנָתֹ֨ןna.TonH5414giveתִּתֵּ֤ןti.TenH5414them a possessionאֲחֻזַּ֣ת'a.chu.ZatH272of an inheritanceנַחֲלָ֔הna.cha.LahH5159amongבְּת֖וֹךְbe.TokhH8432their father’sאֲבִיהֶ֑ם'a.vi.HemH1brethrenאֲחֵ֣י'a.CheiH251;and thou shalt cause the inheritanceנַחֲלַ֥תna.cha.LatH5159of their fatherאֲבִיהֶ֖ן'a.vi.HenH1to passוְהַֽעֲבַרְתָּ֛ve.ha.'a.var.TaH5674unto them.

8And thou shalt speakתְּדַבֵּ֣רte.da.BerH1696unto the childrenבְּנֵ֥יbe.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵ֖לYis.ra.'ElH3478,sayingלֵאמֹ֑רle.MorH559,If a manאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376dieיָמ֗וּתya.MutH4191,and have no sonוּבֵן֙u.VenH1121,then ye shall cause his inheritanceנַחֲלָת֖וֹna.cha.la.ToH5159to passוְהַֽעֲבַרְתֶּ֥םve.ha.'a.var.TemH5674unto his daughterלְבִתּֽוֹ׃le.vi.ToH1323.

9And if he have no daughterבַּ֑תBatH1323,then ye shall giveוּנְתַתֶּ֥םu.ne.ta.TemH5414his inheritanceנַחֲלָת֖וֹna.cha.la.ToH5159unto his brethrenלְאֶחָיו׃le.'e.chavH251.

10And if he have no brethrenאַחִ֑ים'a.ChimH251,then ye shall giveוּנְתַתֶּ֥םu.ne.ta.TemH5414his inheritanceנַחֲלָת֖וֹna.cha.la.ToH5159unto his father’sאָבִֽיו׃'a.VivH1brethrenלַאֲחֵ֥יla.'a.CheiH251.

11And if his fatherלְאָבִיו֒le.'a.VivH1have no brethrenאַחִים֮'a.ChimH251,then ye shall giveוּנְתַתֶּ֣םu.ne.ta.TemH5414his inheritanceנַחֲלָת֗וֹna.cha.la.ToH5159unto his kinsmanלִשְׁאֵר֞וֹlish.'e.RoH7607that is nextהַקָּרֹ֥בha.ka.RoH7138to him of his familyמִמִּשְׁפַּחְתּ֖וֹmi.mish.pach.ToH4940,and he shall possessוְיָרַ֣שׁve.ya.RashH3423it: and it shall be unto the childrenלִבְנֵ֤יliv.NeiH1121of Israelיִשְׂרָאֵל֙Yis.ra.'ElH3478a statuteלְחֻקַּ֣תle.chu.KatH2708of judgmentמִשְׁפָּ֔טmish.PatH4941,as Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068commandedצִוָּ֥הtzi.VahH6680Mosesמֹשֶֽׁה׃ סmo.ShehH4872.
