27Then the wordדְבַר־de.var-H1697of Yhwhיְהוָ֖הYah.wehH3068came to Jeremiahיִרְמְיָ֑הוּyir.me.Ya.huH3414,afterאַחֲרֵ֣י׀'a.cha.ReiH310that the kingהַמֶּ֗לֶךְha.Me.lekhH4428had burnedשְׂרֹ֣ףse.RofH8313the rollהַמְּגִלָּה֙ha.me.gi.LahH4039,and the wordsהַדְּבָרִ֔יםha.de.va.RimH1697which Baruchבָּר֛וּךְba.RukhH1263wroteכָּתַ֥בka.TavH3789at the mouthמִפִּ֥יmi.PiH6310of Jeremiahיִרְמְיָ֖הוּyir.me.Ya.huH3414,sayingלֵאמֹֽר׃le.MorH559,

29And thou shalt sayתֹּאמַ֔רto.MarH559to Jehoiakimיְהוֹיָקִ֤יםye.ho.ya.KimH3079kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Judahיְהוּדָה֙ye.hu.DahH3063,Thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָ֑הYah.wehH3068;Thou hast burnedשָׂרַ֜פְתָּsa.Raf.taH8313this rollהַמְּגִלָּ֤הha.me.gi.LahH4039,sayingלֵאמֹ֔רle.MorH559,Why hast thou writtenכָּתַ֨בְתָּka.Tav.taH3789therein, sayingלֵאמֹ֗רle.MorH559,The kingמֶֽלֶךְ־Me.lekh-H4428of Babylonבָּבֶל֙ba.VelH894shall certainlyבֹּֽא־bo'-H935comeיָב֤וֹאya.Vo'H935and destroyוְהִשְׁחִית֙ve.hish.ChitH7843this landהָאָ֣רֶץha.'A.retzH776,and shall cause to ceaseוְהִשְׁבִּ֥יתve.hish.BitH7673from thence manאָדָ֥ם'a.DamH120and beastוּבְהֵמָֽה׃ סu.ve.he.MahH929?

30Therefore thus saithאָמַ֣ר'a.MarH559Yhwhיְהוָ֗הYah.wehH3068of Jehoiakimיְהֽוֹיָקִים֙ye.ho.ya.KimH3079kingמֶ֣לֶךְMe.lekhH4428of Judahיְהוּדָ֔הye.hu.DahH3063;He shall have none to sitיוֹשֵׁ֖בyo.ShevH3427upon the throneכִּסֵּ֣אki.Se'H3678of Davidדָוִ֑דda.VidH1732:and his dead bodyוְנִבְלָתוֹ֙ve.niv.la.ToH5038shall be cast outמֻשְׁלֶ֔כֶתmush.Le.khetH7993in the dayבַּיּ֖וֹםbai.YomH3117to the heatלַחֹ֥רֶבla.Cho.revH2721,and in the nightבַּלָּֽיְלָה׃ba.La.ye.lahH3915to the frostוְלַקֶּ֥רַחve.la.Ke.rachH7140.

31And I will punishוּפָקַדְתִּ֨יu.fa.kad.TiH6485him and his seedזַרְע֛וֹzar.'OH2233and his servantsעֲבָדָ֖יו'a.va.DavH5650for their iniquityעֲוֹנָ֑ם'a.vo.NamH5771;and I will bringוְהֵבֵאתִ֣יve.he.ve.TiH935upon them, and upon the inhabitantsיֹשְׁבֵ֨יyo.she.VeiH3427of Jerusalemיְרוּשָׁלִַ֜םye.ru.sha.LimH3389,and upon the menאִ֣ישׁ'ishH376of Judahיְהוּדָ֗הye.hu.DahH3063,all the evilהָרָעָ֛הha.ra.'AhH7451that I have pronouncedדִּבַּ֥רְתִּיdi.Bar.tiH1696against them; but they hearkenedשָׁמֵֽעוּ׃ סsha.Me.'uH8085not.
