11Woeה֛וֹיHoH1945unto them that rise up earlyמַשְׁכִּימֵ֥יmash.ki.MeiH7925in the morningבַבֹּ֖קֶרva.Bo.kerH1242, thatthey may followיִרְדֹּ֑פוּyir.Do.fuH7291strong drinkשֵׁכָ֣רshe.KharH7941;that continueמְאַחֲרֵ֣יme.'a.cha.ReiH309until nightבַנֶּ֔שֶׁףva.Ne.shefH5399, tillwineיַ֖יִןYa.yinH3196inflameיַדְלִיקֵֽם׃yad.li.KemH1814them!

12And the harpכִנּ֜וֹרkhi.NorH3658,and the violוָנֶ֗בֶלva.Ne.velH5035,the tabretתֹּ֧ףtofH8596,and pipeוְחָלִ֛ילve.cha.LilH2485,and wineוָיַ֖יִןva.Ya.yinH3196,are in their feastsמִשְׁתֵּיהֶ֑םmish.tei.HemH4960:but they regardיַבִּ֔יטוּya.Bi.tuH5027not the workפֹּ֤עַלPo.'alH6467of Yhwhיְהוָה֙Yah.wehH3068,neither considerרָאֽוּ׃ra.'UH7200the operationוּמַעֲשֵׂ֥הu.ma.'a.SehH4639of his handsיָדָ֖יוya.DavH3027.

13Therefore my peopleעַמִּ֖י'a.MiH5971are gone into captivityגָּלָ֥הga.LahH1540, because they haveno knowledgeדָ֑עַתDa.'atH1847:and their honourableוּכְבוֹדוֹ֙u.khe.vo.DoH3519menמְתֵ֣יme.TeiH4962arefamishedרָעָ֔בra.'AvH7458,and their multitudeוַהֲמוֹנ֖וֹva.ha.mo.NoH1995dried upצִחֵ֥הtzi.ChehH6704with thirstצָמָֽא׃tza.Ma'H6772.

14Therefore hellשְּׁאוֹל֙she.'OlH7585hath enlargedהִרְחִ֤יבָהhir.Chi.vahH7337herselfנַפְשָׁ֔הּnaf.ShahH5315,and openedוּפָעֲרָ֥הu.fa.'a.RahH6473her mouthפִ֖יהָFi.haH6310without measureחֹ֑קChokH2706:and their gloryהֲדָרָ֧הּha.da.RahH1926,and their multitudeוַהֲמוֹנָ֛הּva.ha.mo.NahH1995,and their pompוּשְׁאוֹנָ֖הּu.she.'o.NahH7588,and he that rejoicethוְעָלֵ֥זve.'a.LezH5938,shall descendוְיָרַ֨דve.ya.RadH3381into it.

15And the mean manאָדָ֖ם'a.DamH120shall be brought downוַיִּשַּׁ֥חvai.yi.ShachH7817,and the mighty manאִ֑ישׁ'IshH376shall be humbledוַיִּשְׁפַּל־vai.yish.pal-H8213,and the eyesוְעֵינֵ֥יve.'ei.NeiH5869of the loftyגְבֹהִ֖יםge.vo.HimH1364shall be humbledתִּשְׁפַּֽלְנָה׃tish.Pal.nahH8213:

16But Yhwhיְהוָ֥הYah.wehH3068of Armiesצְבָא֖וֹתtze.va.'otH6635shall be exaltedוַיִּגְבַּ֛הvai.yig.BahH1361in judgmentבַּמִּשְׁפָּ֑טba.mish.PatH4941,and Godוְהָאֵל֙ve.ha.'ElH410that is holyהַקָּד֔וֹשׁha.ka.Do.oshH6918shall be sanctifiedנִקְדָּ֖שׁnik.DashH6942in righteousnessבִּצְדָקָֽה׃bitz.da.KahH6666.

17Then shall the lambsכְבָשִׂ֖יםkhe.va.SimH3532feedוְרָע֥וּve.ra.'UH7462after their mannerכְּדָבְרָ֑םke.da.ve.RamH1699,and the waste placesוְחָרְב֥וֹתve.cha.re.VotH2723of the fat onesמֵחִ֖יםme.ChimH4220shall strangersגָּרִ֥יםga.RimH1481eatיֹאכֵֽלוּ׃yo.Khe.luH398.
