15Then he tookH5375 upH5375 his discourseH4912 and saidH559, “11The declarationH5002 of BalaamH1109 the sonH1121 of BeorH1160, And the declarationH5002 of the manH1397 whose eyeH5869 is openedH8365,16The declarationH5002 of him who hearsH8085 the 12wordsH561 of GodH410, And knowsH3045 the knowledgeH1847 of the 13MostH5945 HighH5945, Who seesH2372 the visionH4236 of 14the AlmightyH7706, FallingH5307 downH5307, yet having his eyesH5869 uncoveredH1540:17I seeH7200 him, but not nowH6258; I lookH7789 atH7789 him, but not nearH7138; A starH3556 shall appearH1869 from JacobH3290, 15A scepterH7626 shall riseH6965 from IsraelH3478, 16And shall smashH4272 the 17foreheadH6285 of MoabH4124, And overcomeH7175 allH3605 the sonsH1121 of ShethH8352.1818And EdomH112 shall be a possessionH3423, 19SeirH8165, its enemiesH340, also will be a possessionH3423, While IsraelH3478 performsH6213 valiantlyH2428.19One from JacobH3290 shall ruleH7287, And will eliminateH6 the survivorsH8300 from the cityH5892.”

21And he lookedH7200 at the 22KeniteH7017, and tookH5375 upH5375 his discourseH4912 and saidH559, “Your dwellingH4186 placeH4186 is enduringH386, And your nestH7064 is setH7760 in the cliffH5553.22NeverthelessH3588H518 KainH7014 will sufferH1197 devastationH1197; HowH4100 longH5704 will 23AsshurH804 24keepH7617 you captiveH7617?”
