181soH6435 thatH6435 thereH3426 will notH6435 beH3426 among you a manH376 orH176 womanH802, orH176 familyH4940 orH176 tribeH7626, whoseH834 heartH3824 turnsH6437 awayH6437 todayH3117 from the LordH3068 our GodH430, to goH1980 to serveH5647 the godsH430 of thoseH1992 nationsH1471; that thereH3426 will not beH3426 among you 2a rootH8328 bearingH6509 poisonousH7219 fruitH6509 and wormwoodH3939. 19And it shall be when he hearsH8085 the wordsH1697 of thisH2088 curseH423, that he will considerH1288 himself fortunateH1288 in his heartH3824, sayingH559, ‘I will doH1961 wellH7965 thoughH3588 I walkH1980 in the stubbornnessH8307 of my heartH3820 inH4616 orderH4616 3toH4616 destroyH5595 the wateredH7302 land alongH854 with the dryH6771.’ 20The LordH3068 will not beH14 willingH14 to forgiveH5545 him, but ratherH3588H227 the angerH639 of the LordH3068 and 4His wrathH7068 will 56burnH6225 against that personH376, and everyH3605 curseH423 that is writtenH3789 in thisH2088 bookH5612 will lieH7257 upon him, and the LordH3068 will 7wipeH4229 outH4229 his nameH8034 from underH8478 heavenH8064. 21Then the LordH3068 will singleH914 him outH914 for disasterH7463 from allH3605 the tribesH7626 of IsraelH3478, in accordance with allH3605 the cursesH423 of the covenantH1285 8which is writtenH3789 in thisH2088 BookH5612 of the LawH8451.
22“Now the futureH314 generationH1755, your sonsH1121 whoH834 riseH6965 upH6965 afterH4480H310 you and 9the foreignerH5237 whoH834 comesH935 from a distantH7350 landH776, when they seeH7200 the plaguesH4347 of that landH776 and the diseasesH8463 with whichH834 the LordH3068 has afflictedH2470 it, will sayH559, 23‘AllH3605 its landH776 is 10brimstoneH1614 and saltH4417, 11burnedH8316 debrisH8316, 12unsownH3808H2232 and unproductiveH6779H3808, and noH3808H3605 grassH6212 growsH5927 on it, like the overthrowH4114 of 13SodomH5467 and GomorrahH6017, AdmahH126 and ZeboiimH6636, whichH834 the LordH3068 overthrewH2015 in His angerH639 and in His wrathH2534.’ 24AllH3605 the nationsH1471 will sayH559, ‘14WhyH5921H4100 has the LordH3068 doneH6213 all thisH3602 to thisH2088 landH776? WhyH4100 thisH2088 greatH1419 15outburstH2750 of angerH639?’ 25Then people will sayH559, ‘It is 16becauseH5921H834 they abandonedH5800 the covenantH1285 of the LordH3068, the GodH430 of their fathersH1, whichH834 He madeH3772 with them when He broughtH3318 them outH3318 of the landH776 of EgyptH4714. 26And they wentH1980 and servedH5647 otherH312 godsH430 and worshipedH2331 them, godsH430 that they have not knownH3045 and whom He had not 17assignedH2505 to them. 27Therefore, the angerH639 of the LordH3068 burnedH2734 against that landH776, 18to bringH935 upon it everyH3605 curseH7045 which is writtenH3789 in thisH2088 bookH5612; 28and 19the LordH3068 uprootedH5428 them from their landH127 in angerH639, furyH2534, and in greatH1419 wrathH7110, and hurledH7993 them into anotherH312 landH776, as it is thisH2088 dayH3117.’
