Deuteronomy 11:10-21
10For the landH776, into whichH834 you are enteringH935 to possessH3423 it, is not like the landH776 of EgyptH4714 from whichH834 you cameH3318, whereH834 you used to sowH2232 your seedH2233 and waterH8248 it 1by your footH7272 like a vegetableH3419 gardenH1588. 11But 2the landH776 into whichH834 you are about to crossH5674 to possessH3423 it, a landH776 of hillsH2022 and valleysH1237, drinksH8354 waterH4325 from the rainH4306 of heavenH8064, 12a landH776 for whichH834 the LordH3068 your GodH430 caresH1875; 3the eyesH5869 of the LordH3068 your GodH430 are continuallyH8548 on it, from the 4beginningH7225 even to the endH319 of the yearH8141.
13“And it shall comeH1961 aboutH1961, 5ifH518 you listenH8085 obedientlyH8085 to my commandmentsH4687 whichH834 I am commandingH6680 you todayH3117, 6to loveH157 the LordH3068 your GodH430 and to serveH5647 Him 7with allH3605 your heartH3824 and allH3605 your soulH5315, 14that 89He will provideH5414 rainH4306 for your landH776 in its seasonH6256, the 1011earlyH3138 and 12lateH4456 rainH3138H4456, so that you may gatherH622 your grainH1715, your newH8492 wineH8492, and your oilH3323. 151314He will also provideH5414 grassH6212 in your fieldH7704 for your cattleH929, and 15you will eatH398 and beH7646 satisfiedH7646. 161617BewareH8104 that your heartsH3824 are not easilyH6601 deceivedH6601, and that you do not turnH5493 awayH5493 and serveH5647 otherH312 godsH430, and worshipH2331 them. 17Otherwise, 18the angerH639 of the LordH3068 will be kindledH2734 against you, and He will 19shutH6113 upH6113 the skyH8064 20so that there will be noH3808 rainH4306, and the groundH127 will not yieldH5414 its produceH2981; then 21you will quicklyH4120 perishH6 from the goodH2896 landH776 whichH834 the LordH3068 is givingH5414 you.
18“22You shall therefore takeH7760 theseH428 wordsH1697 of mine to 23heartH3824 and to soulH5315; and you shall tieH7194 them as a signH226 on your 24handH3027, and they shall be as 25frontletsH2903 26on your foreheadH996H5869. 1927You shall also teachH3925 them to your sonsH1121, speakingH1696 of them when you sitH3427 in your houseH1004, when you walkH1980 along the roadH1870, when you lieH7901 downH7901, and when you getH6965 upH6965. 2028And you shall writeH3789 them on the doorpostsH4201 of your houseH1004 and on your gatesH8179, 21soH4616 thatH4616 29your daysH3117 and the daysH3117 of your sonsH1121 may be increasedH7235 on the landH127 whichH834 the LordH3068 sworeH7650 to your fathersH1 to giveH5414 them, as 3031longH3117 as the heavensH8064 are aboveH5921 the earthH776.
