9“1To me, 2my darling, you are like My 3mare among the chariots of Pharaoh.10Your 4cheeks are delightful with jewelry, Your neck with strings of 5beads.”

11“We will make for you jewelry of gold With beads of silver.”

12“While the king was at his table, My 6 7perfume gave forth its fragrance.13My beloved is to me a pouch of 8myrrh Which lies all night between my breasts.14My beloved is to me a cluster of 9henna blossoms In the vineyards of 10Engedi.”

15“11 12How beautiful you are, my darling, 13How beautiful you are! Your 14eyes are like doves.”

16“15How handsome you are, 16my beloved, And so delightful! Indeed, our bed is luxuriant!17The beams of our house are 17cedars, Our rafters, 18junipers.
