Romans 6:8-14
8Now 1if we have died with Christ, we believe that 2we shall also live with Him, 9knowing that Christ, having been 3raised from the dead, 4is never to die again; 5death no longer is master over Him. 10For 6the death that He died, He died to sin once for all time; but 7the life that He lives, He lives to 8God. 11So you too, consider yourselves to be 9dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus.
12Therefore sin is not to 10reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts, 13and do not go on 11presenting 12the parts of your body to sin as 13instruments of unrighteousness; but 14present yourselves to God as those who are alive from the dead, and 15your body’s parts as 16instruments of righteousness for God. 14For 17sin shall not 18be master over you, for 19you are not under 20the Law but 21under grace.
