11For He repaysיְשַׁלֶּם־ye.sha.lem-H7999a personאָ֭דָם'A.domH120forhis workפֹ֣עַלFo.'alH6467,And letsH4672thingshappenH4672in correspondence to a man’sbehaviorוּֽכְאֹ֥רַחu.khe.'O.rachH734.

12Godאֵ֥ל'elH410certainlyאַף־ אָמְנָ֗ם'af- 'a.me.NamH637 H551will not actH7561wickedlyיַרְשִׁ֑יעַyar.Shi.a'H7561,And the Almightyוְ֝שַׁדַּ֗יve.sha.DaiH7706will not pervertיְעַוֵּ֥תye.'a.VetH5791justiceמִשְׁפָּֽט׃mish.PatH4941.

13Whoמִֽי־mi-H4310gaveH6485Him authorityH6485overעָלָ֣יו'a.LavH5921the earthאָ֑רְצָה'A.re.tzahH776?And whoוּמִ֥יu.MiH4310has placedשָׂ֝֗םSamH7760the wholeכֻּלָּֽהּ׃ku.LahH3605worldתֵּבֵ֥לte.VelH8398on Him?

14Ifאִם־'im-H518He were todetermineיָשִׂ֣ים לִבּ֑וֹya.Sim li.BoH7760 H3820to do so, If He were togatherיֶאֱסֹֽף׃ye.'e.SofH622Hisspiritרוּח֥וֹru.ChoH7307and His breathוְ֝נִשְׁמָת֗וֹve.nish.ma.ToH5397to Himself,

15Humanityכָּל־ בָּשָׂ֣רkol- ba.SarH3605 H1320would perishיִגְוַ֣עyig.Va'H1478togetherיָ֑חַדYa.chadH3162,And mankindוְ֝אָדָ֗םve.'a.DamH120wouldreturnיָשֽׁוּב׃ya.ShuvH7725to dustעָפָ֥ר'a.FarH6083.

16“But ifוְאִם־ve.'im-H518you haveunderstandingבִּ֥ינָהBi.nahH998,hearשִׁמְעָה־shim.'ah-H8085thisH2088;Listenהַ֝אֲזִ֗ינָהha.'a.Zi.nahH238to the soundלְק֣וֹלle.KolH6963of my wordsמִלָּֽי׃mi.LaiH4405.

17Shallone who hatesשׂוֹנֵ֣אso.Ne'H8130justiceמִשְׁפָּ֣טmish.PatH4941ruleיַחֲב֑וֹשׁya.cha.Vo.oshH2280? Andwill you condemnתַּרְשִֽׁיעַ׃tar.Shi.a'H7561the righteousצַדִּ֖יקtza.DikH6662mightyכַּבִּ֣ירka.BirH3524OneH3524,

18Who saysהַאֲמֹ֣רha.'a.MorH559to a kingלְמֶ֣לֶךְle.Me.lekhH4428, ‘You worthlessבְּלִיָּ֑עַלbe.li.Ya.'alH1100oneH1100,’To noblesנְדִיבִֽים׃ne.di.VimH5081, ‘You wickedרָ֝שָׁ֗עra.Sha'H7563oneH7563’;

19Whoאֲשֶׁ֤ר'a.SherH834showsH5375noלֹֽא־lo'-H3808partialityפְּנֵ֥יpe.NeiH5375 H6440to the prominentשָׂרִ֗יםsa.RimH8269,Norוְלֹ֣אve.Lo'H3808regardsנִכַּר־ni.kar-H5234the richשׁ֭וֹעַSho.a'H7771as aboveלִפְנֵי־lif.nei-H6440the poorדָ֑לDalH1800,Sinceכִּֽי־ki-H3588they are allכֻּלָּֽם׃ku.LamH3605theworkמַעֲשֵׂ֖הma.'a.SehH4639of His handsיָדָ֣יוya.DavH3027?

24He breaksיָרֹ֣עַya.Ro.a'H7489in pieces themightyכַּבִּירִ֣יםka.bi.RimH3524withoutלֹא־lo'-H3808investigationחֵ֑קֶרChe.kerH2714,And setsוַיַּעֲמֵ֖דvai.ya.'a.MedH5975othersאֲחֵרִ֣ים'a.che.RimH312inH8478their placeתַּחְתָּֽם׃tach.TamH8478.

25Thereforeלָכֵ֗ןla.KhenH3651Heknowsיַ֭כִּירYa.kirH5234their deedsמַעְבָּֽדֵיהֶ֑םma'.ba.dei.HemH4566, AndHe overthrowsוְהָ֥פַךְve.Ha.fakhH2015themin the nightלַ֝֗יְלָהLay.lahH3915,And they are crushedוְיִדַּכָּֽאוּ׃ve.yid.da.Ka.'uH1792.

26Hestrikesסְפָקָ֗םse.fa.KamH5606them likeתַּֽחַת־ta.chat-H8478the wickedרְשָׁעִ֥יםre.sha.'ImH7563In a publicרֹאִֽים׃ro.'ImH7200placeבִּמְק֥וֹםbim.KomH4725,

27Becauseאֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־ כֵּ֭ן'a.Sher 'al- kenH834 H5921 H3651theyturnedH5493asideסָ֣רוּSa.ruH5493from followingמֵֽאַחֲרָ֑יוme.'a.cha.RavH310Him, AndhadH7919noלֹ֣אlo'H3808regardH7919for anyוְכָל־ve.kholH3605of His waysדְּ֝רָכָ֗יוde.ra.KhavH1870,
