Isaiah 59:16-18
16And He saw that there was 1no one, And was amazed that there was not one to intercede; Then His 2own arm brought salvation to Him, And His righteousness upheld Him.17He put on 3righteousness like a breastplate, And a 4helmet of salvation on His head; And He put on 5garments of vengeance for clothing And wrapped Himself with 6zeal as a cloak.187According to their deeds, 8so will He repay: Wrath to His adversaries, 9retribution to His enemies; To the coastlands He will 10deal 11retribution.
