Isaiah 59:16-18
16And He saw that there was 1no man, And was astonished that there was no one to intercede; Then His 2own arm brought salvation to Him, And His righteousness upheld Him.17He put on 3righteousness like a breastplate, And a 4helmet of salvation on His head; And He put on 5garments of vengeance for clothing And wrapped Himself with 6zeal as a mantle.187According to their 8deeds, 9so He will repay, Wrath to His adversaries, recompense to His enemies; To the coastlands He will 10make recompense.
